😋美味不變 ~ 植物牛肉芝士脆薯餅🥔
好耐無炸過牛肉薯餅喇，雖然做法都有一定程序，尤其是上粉沾蛋液撲麵包糠，都要親手做避不了，但勝在能自己調味，加豐富餡料，再即炸即食脆口熱辣辣，市面上急凍翻炸嘅點都比唔上。
今次我試咗用植物肉來做，間唔中以素肉入饌，減少一下脂肪及膽固醇攝取，植物肉嘅口感同味道跟真肉比較，分別係有但唔會太大，尤其是以免治肉為主要食材嘅菜式，以植物肉代替都蠻適合，今次個牛肉薯餅混合咗薯蓉、芝士，牛奶，加些鹽及胡椒粉，口感同平時一樣咁幼滑，我用埋氣炸鍋做，比油炸傳統薯餅更方便健康，但同樣保留美味。
