蕃茄雞蛋牛肉上海麪

材料：
蕃茄（大）4個
急凍金錢腱半隻
上海粗麪2個
雞蛋6隻
蔥1條

處理：
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水，放上海麪，水再滾起時，冚蓋，熄火，浸30分鐘。
2. 牛腱，清水解凍。
3. 牛腱解凍大約3分鐘，打橫切薄片，再用清水解凍。
4. 上海麪已浸了30分鐘，檢查一下是否已軟身，擎乾水，清水沖洗乾淨，擎乾水。
5. 牛腱已完全解凍，清水沖洗乾淨，擎乾水，廚紙索乾。
6. 牛腱調味：
a. 生粉1湯匙
b. 油1湯匙
c. 胡椒粉半茶匙
d. 蠔油1湯匙
e. 糖半湯匙
撈勻。
7. 蕃茄，去椗，1開4。
雞蛋，打在碗內，打勻。
蔥，洗淨，切粒。

烹調：
1. 白鑊，大火，加入蕃茄爆香1分鐘，加入清水2湯碗（約800毫升）。
2. 加入調味料：
a. 雞粉1茶匙
b. 糖1茶匙
c. 茄汁100毫升
大火煮滾。
3. 加入上海麪。
4. 另一邊鑊，大火燒熱油2湯匙。
5. 倒入蛋漿，四面推至凝固，放上碟。
6. 麪已滾起，加入牛腱，再大火滾1分鐘。
7. 夾起麪，放入湯碗內。
8. 放好蕃茄及牛肉，加入滑蛋。
9. 注入蕃茄濃湯。
10. 放上蔥粒。
11. 完成，可享用。

Beef Shanghainese noodles with tomatoes and eggs

Ingredients:
Tomatoes (large) 4 Nos.
Frozen golden coin muscle half No.
Shanghainese noodles (thick) 2 Nos.
Eggs 6 Nos.
Green onion 1 No.

Preparation:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame. Put noodles. Wait for boiling up. Cover up the wok. Turn off fire. Soak for 30 minutes.
2. The beef, defrost in tap water.
3. The beef has been defrosted for 3 minutes, thinly slice it horizontally. Defrost in tap water again.
4. The noodles have been soaked for 30 minutes, check if it is soft. Drain. Rinse thoroughly. Drain.
5. The beef has been totally defrosted, rinse thoroughly. Drain. Dry with kitchen towel.
6. Season the beef:
a. Tapioca starch 1 tbsp
b. Oil 1 tbsp
c. Pepper 0.5 tsp
d. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
e. Sugar 0.5 tbsp
Mix well.
7. Tomatoes, remove anchors, divide each into 4 shares.
Eggs, break in a bowl. Beat well.
Green onion, get it rinsed and diced.

Steps:
1. Plain wok, with high flame. Put tomatoes, fry for a minute at high flame. Add in 2 big bowls of water (about 800ml).
2. Add seasoning:
a. Chicken powder 1 tsp
b. Sugar 1 tsp
c. Tomato ketchup 100ml
Heat up at high flame.
3. Add in noodles.
4. On the other side, heat up oil 2 tbsp at high flame in wok.
5. Add in egg syrup, push to the centre of wok until it gets condensed. Put on plate.
6. Noodles have been boiled up, add in beef. Heat up at high flame for a minute.
7. Pick up noodles and put in a big bowl.
8. Put tomatoes and beef on plate in good order, add in scrambled eggs.
9. Pour in tomato thick soup.
10. Put green onion cubes on top.
11. Complete. Serve.

從三國演義到江戶女鬼與怪談—《三國演義》東傳日本後的演變

中秋過後的星期日，氣淑風和。經朋友介紹及報名，前往參加居合道場千月堂舉辦的陋室講堂的日本文化活動，了解三國演義在江戶時代日本的演變與發展。

道場位於葵芳地鐵站附近的工廠大廈，門口掛上醒目的牌子，書架上陳列茶道、劍道、日本武術等相關書籍，幾個有點歷史的桐木盒放着茶具與德利。

茶、酒、劍都兼顧到，頓時刮目相看矣。

演講嘉賓姓李，博士論文跟隨中大日本研究吳偉明博士研究三國演義東傳日本的演變。吳教授的《和魂漢神》新鮮滾熱辣，一拳書館的分享會獲益良多轉頭又可拜讀李博士的研究，巧合巧合！

在參加講座前我以為我會讀到關羽在地化成為祭典角色，又或者用潮流文化角度講光榮、真三國無雙，等等。豈料講座內容別開生面，用江戶時代的繪圖插畫以及妖怪角度分析三國演義作品的演變。

日本最初翻譯羅貫中《三國演義》的人是京都僧侶湖南文山，書名名為《通俗三国志》，翻譯年份大約是元祿2年（1689年）。我在コトバンク查閱資料，看見評價是「忠實翻譯」。

李博士比較中文版本與日文版本，卻發現當中加入大量「怪しき」「不思議」等等詞語。經過他的研究，不排除譯者收到江戶時代鬼怪作品的影響，把報夢、各種徵兆都跟鬼神妖怪拉上關係。

至於另一本以圖片講故事的葛飾戴斗的《絵本通俗三国志》就更加不得了，要是讓當時中國的士大夫們看到，不知道會不會嚇得昏倒：酷刑的畫面畫得恐怖、還有關羽化身沒有腳的幽靈飄飄飄⋯

話題一轉，原來李博士對日本的幽靈、妖怪、怨靈等等都有濃厚興趣，從三國演義跳到円山応挙的典型江戶女鬼、鳥山石燕的百鬼夜行。

日本的女鬼基本上都是沒有腳的。關羽去到日本成為畫中人物後，他的鬼魂也沒有腳—Well，這是什麼開心大發現！？

話題轉來轉去，竟然跳到了福岡的太宰府。菅原道真惡靈曾經作祟，如果不是有京都北野天滿宮以及福岡的太宰府，安撫憤怒的鬼魂，他怎會成為保有莘莘學子考入東大京大的學問之神？為什麼日本幾百年來都大權旁落、將軍掌權，等到明治天皇才重新掌權？因為被流放到烏冬王國—讃岐的崇德天皇，要等到1860年代才好好地在白峰神社得到祭祀！

我們可以大膽假設：日本的女人死了好可憐，無論妳是遇到渣男的阿岩又或是打破碟子的阿菊，你就只能永遠當一隻淒厲的女鬼；但如果你是男人，無論你死得多麼冤枉痛苦恐怖，只要得到後人的祭祀就可以成為神明，得到尊敬，保佑萬民。菅原道真如是，關羽自然也一樣。

幕末年間英雄豪傑，吉田松陰也好近藤勇也好，閱讀《三國演義》看的是忠義精神，原來早在他們出生前200年，三國演義在民間的流傳版本竟然如此。

且慢，桃園結義之後集體去「找姑娘」的春宮版《三國演義》江戶版本還未講到呢？看來這些18禁題目，要讓有興趣的朋友們自行發掘了。

因為怨念導至生靈出竅的女性。若然要數日本文學上最著名的生靈出竅，《源氏物語》六条御息所認第二相信沒有人膽敢認第一。

不要以為靈魂出竅沒有殺傷力，光源氏正妻葵の上算是她殺害的（留言位置貼田中麗奈扮演的六条御息所）。

🌻Adobe(ADBE)電話會議內容讀後感

ADBE前兩天發表財報了.

這次ADBE在財報後下跌, 主要是兩個原因(如下). 不過個人覺得是瑕不掩瑜:
1. 因為之前已經漲了不少(投資人期望太高)
2. 因為Digital Marketing這部分的業務受到季節性的影響, 所以表現不是很突出(沒有比預期高出很多)
a. net new Digital Media ARR (3% beat vs guide, vs 15% beat in 2Q21 vs 35% beat in 3Q20).
b. 有分析師在問(“Maybe just -- can we double-click on the seasonality commentary in the quarter? Because if we look at the beat versus guidance on net new digital media ARR, it looks, at the same time you had the weakest beat, but then the strongest guide in the last three years, which kind of speaks to and confirm some of those seasonality comments that you made.)
i. 高層對此的回答是, 主要是疫情後, 加上正值夏季, 大家的日子回復到正常&放假外出, 所以這部分的業務有受到影響(I think going into the quarter, we had expected that the consumer with a little bit more return to normalcy as what's happening in the environment.)
ii. 高層又說了一些話, 不過重點就是他不認為這是甚麼大事”So, net-net, I would say that the growth prospects for that particular business and the growth drivers remain intact. But again, very much in line. And this is what we feel good about the insights that we're getting on the business.”
iii. 也提到, Q4通常會是digital marketing業務的旺季(表現會不俗的意思)

另外, 覺得這次令我印象深刻的是, 當高層與分析師提到這些事情:
• 常在一些公司的電話會議中提到omnichannel這個字(疫情後, 更明顯了). 這次高層也有提到. ADBE可說是omnichannel概念股:
o “I mean, a big part of that is more and more companies are thirdly doing the multi-channel omnichannel, whatever they want to call it. And I think that's only going to continue to be a driver of our Digital Experience Solutions. Because today that stable stakes and so we just look at it and say whether you're shopping in-store over they are shopping online. You need a solution that treats you like a customer that we know of.”
• 網路上影片(video)的興起, 以及串流影音, 有提高了Adobe的營收天花板(用句分析師的術語, 就是TAM (total addressable market) expansion.
• 當使用者製作了越來越多的內容, 內容管理(content management)的能力就越顯重要, 內容上的流程管理(workflow)也越顯重要. Adobe的產品能夠幫內容製作者解決這樣的問題.
• 而Adobe各產品間的相容性, 標準化, 整合能力, 是它的競爭優勢之一:
o And one of the things we did really well is what we called our named user deployment and how, you know, when we have these enterprise licensing agreements, we offer enterprises the ability to download and distribute within the companies. And the more we do training and evangelism of the products, that leads to adoption. So, I would say there's an element of standardization, there's an element of more content.

而最近ADBE有個新聞, 引起了我的注意, 就是它即將在自己的平台上, 提供付款服務(payment service). 根據之前研究SHOP的經驗, 這有可能會對股價造成一定的漲幅:
On Sept. 15, Adobe announced that it will add payment services to its e-commerce platform this year to help merchants accept credit cards and other ways of paying. The move will deepen Adobe's rivalry with e-commerce firm Shopify (SHOP).

🌻我喜歡的Apple TV影集, "Ted Lasso", 是這次艾美獎的大贏家, 很多主要演員都得獎了.

很高興這兩年, 因為有這部戲的陪伴, 讓我撐過了疫情, 家人離世, 以及一些烏煙瘴氣的事情.

前幾天看演員的得獎影片, 一位娛樂記者問得獎的男配角(也是編劇之一)說, 你覺得這部片的核心思想是甚麼. 他說, be curious, not judgemental.

就像得獎的女演員在劇中一開始是很鴨霸很壞心的球隊主人, 但這樣做是因為被前夫傷透了心, 所以想要弄垮離婚後分到的財產(也是前夫的最愛--球隊); 外表看起來永遠陽光燦爛做啦啦隊的男主角, 在青少年時父親自殺, 造成了他心裡永遠的痛&障礙(讓他在球賽時, 會有突發恐懼症).

我們每個人其實都有很多面, 很多個故事. 尤其在社群, 大家都是萍水相逢, 對彼此的了解都是非常片面的; 而有時候在社群裡, 看到有人會因為只看到一個面向, 就去下斷語. 這其實是人之常情很難避免, 所以我們需要常用第二層思考去提醒自己. 社群裡需要更多的同理心.
