嚴格來說，內容臺灣有在追新聞的大概都知道，但終於有重量級美國媒體整理成完整的長文，給美國的知識份子們看了。
　
所以我們要觀察的，不是新聞本身，而是在主流媒體出現這種報導的時機與意義。
　
呼應我們之前說的，被自由派政商知識分子與主流媒體討厭的川普，或許暫時要到後排去補血，但討厭他的這群人，即使把川普踩下去了，卻也自覺或不自覺的，走向了川普設定的抗中路線。
　
在川普很衝的時候，歐洲普遍採取綏靖政策，想要兩面討好。但在川普影響力可能要下滑時，歐洲各國跟中國多少有些接觸，但失望的很多，真不愧是習總加速師。
　
其中捷克是最不喜歡中國的，這個在之前訪台代表團，以及捷克政治人物被中國威脅的消息，我們都聽說了。
　
歐盟的文件把中國視作 systemic rival 系統性競爭對手，但當習近平訪問歐洲的時候，盧森堡的歐盟主席避重就輕，說什麼「沒有啦，我們其實沒有共識」或者「我們不會跟中國宣戰，因為我們關不下那麼多人」之類的開玩笑。
　
法國則是開始醒來，馬克宏明確說明，他們就是把中國當成系統性競爭對手，也不避諱的把軍艦開過台灣海峽，這個我們在台灣也有注意到的新聞。
　
德國是最親中的，包括對華為的態度，以及對習近平示好。因為德國有太多公司跟中國合資做生意（不合資就不能做的中國規矩）。
　
而最近一次梅克爾、習近平、以及歐盟官員，在主題要談貿易的視訊會議時，因為香港的事情，歐盟對中國採取制裁，歐盟官員不免提到中國的人權問題。
　
然後！習近平馬上說，德國境內的反猶勢力抬頭了喔，相關衝突也增加了 10%，然後美國也有 BLM 喔，然後很多難民屍體飄在你們歐盟國家的海灘喔！沒有人是完美的，知道嗎！
　
（天啊，習大大吵架本都準備好的。原來他自己就是最大隻戰狼。無慘 4ni？）
　
當時梅克爾說，我們都不是完美的，但我們一直很積極去理解問題，並嘗試解決問題。
　
然後貿易主題什麼都沒談到，就下課了。
　
即使是德國，在澳洲被修理後，也開始認識到中國的本質。
　
只能說，習總加速師真不是蓋的，川普或許是採取比較戲劇化的手段對付中國，但現在看，他就是開了很帥的一槍。
　
在線上遊戲的團戰中，這種就是 charger / initiator，在精準時機開戰，可能稍微有點太衝，但現在看來，局勢正如他所開啟的方向，演進中。Tank / fighter / ADC / APC 都正在跟上來。
　
接下來我們可以觀察，這篇會不會被華爾街日報選來翻成中文版（他們不是每則都翻的），就能知道華爾街日報的中文編輯，是否親中親到眼睛看不到，還是多少保有新聞記者的原則。

最近武漢肺炎的消息，讓許多土耳其人寄訊息給我，連我妹妹也擔心我們這邊的狀況。所以我決定拍這支影片，把目前台灣防疫的情況介紹給他們。再加上想要讓土耳其人也知道為什麼台灣必須要參加世界衛生組織（WHO），畢竟台灣的醫療技術跟科技都很先進。希望有更多國際力量一起為台灣發聲

After Corona Virus (Wuhan Virus) spreads 23 countries around the world many Turkish citizens including my sister keep asking me about the situation here in Asia and Taiwan. I decided to share this video about how Taiwan professionally acts during crisis. Besides, unfortunately Taiwan is not part of WHO. Taiwan has one of the best medicine technology and health insurance of the world. It is very obvious that world needs Taiwan's contributions to international society.

Son günlerde Çin'in Wuhan şehrinden başlayıp dünyanın birçok yerine sıçrayan Corona virüsünün ardından çok sayıda Türk bana mesaj atarak bu konu hakkında bilgi almak istediklerini belirttiler. Aynı zamanda Türkiye'de yaşayan kız kardeşim ve akrabalarım da bu yaşanan salgın yüzünden endişelenmiş durumdalar. Sizlere bu video aracılığı ile Tayvan'daki en güncel durumu aktarmak istedim. Ayrıca Tayvan Dünya Sağlık Örgütünün üyesi değil ve bu yüzden ne yazık ki uluslararası düzeyde gerçekleşen sağlık çalışmalarına katılıp gereken desteği sağlayamıyor.
