第一集和這一集，大家比較喜歡看哪一集？

雖然這四本書是盧師尊大約24年前的著作，在2021年讀還是那麼震撼人心，可見社會雖文明進步，也只是個假象，因為大部份人的心靈並沒有昇華，依舊在黑暗裡打滾。我推薦我根本上師，聖尊蓮生活佛，這四本靈書：
1）《靈異的真面目》
2）《神變的遊歷》
3）《不可思議的靈異》
4）《走入最隱秘的陰陽界》（有英文版）

While these 4 books are written by Grandmaster Lu some 24 years ago, to read them in the year 2021 can still be shocking to some of us. Our society may have progressed but this is a false appearance, as our spiritual self are still lacking and in turmoil. I recommend these four books for your spiritual pursuit:

Saw Naya had an idea of “a makeup topic a week” and I decided to try! This week is about contrasting colors! I use blue with some yellow and orange shades, than add a bit pink! I prefer essence’s blue shades more for the color payoff is better than the revlon ones💕

The best thing for me to have fun with makeup at home is that I can use some bad mascaras that will smudge if I’m going to wear it a day! But I won’t! 🤣🤣

露華濃的單色眼影比較輕透，相比之下我更喜歡艾森斯的濃郁顯色以及裡面的亮片！✨不過都是要使用手指上色才會比較顯色喔！在家化妝就是可以用一些會暈染的內眼線睫毛膏🤣畫完就卸～

Introducing a tea tree series of skincare products from a Taiwanese drugstore brand 上山採藥 tsaio!

This series has alcohol ingredients, be aware of that if you’re rosacea. All the bottled products have a refreshing scent!

Let’s introduce them one by one in the order of my skincare routine!
①Tea tree pore tightening toner
I’m not that of a toner gal so I have not much to say more than the scent 😂I do like the scent!

②Tea tree control acne powder toner
This product need to be shaken before use. I only suggest to use it at night for the powders show up after it dries on my skin.

③Tea tree anti-acne treatment lotion
It’s very fluid so I prefer to use cotton pad to apply to my skin. My skin has a moistured look after this product gets into the skin (it takes time). I like it!

④Tea tree control acne gel
Highly recommend this product for it has great outcome on making big acnes go away, more amounts of the product than others (which is 20ml), and a drugstore price! The scent is good and it’s transparent.

今天分享的是台灣品牌 #上山採藥 的茶樹粉痘系列保養品！

全系列都含有酒精，酒糟肌的朋友要注意～罐裝的產品每個都聞起來涼涼的！應該是茶樹的涼感（？）使用上都沒有立即讓我的皮膚感受到刺痛的刺激，偏敏感的肌膚是可以嘗試看看的！

接下來按照我的使用順序一一做介紹！
①茶樹毛孔緊緻收斂水
倒在化妝棉後擦拭全臉，喜歡涼涼的味道的人應該會喜歡這系列的產品～對化妝水沒有特別要求所以讓我們往下一個前進！😂

②茶樹控油調理粉痘水
像資生堂嘉美艷容露一樣雙層的化妝水，有用來調理背部痘痘！可以濕敷，只建議晚間使用，因為使用前搖勻後還是容易有白色粉末殘留在肌膚上～瓶蓋上也會有使用後的殘留物！

③茶樹粉刺速退散調理乳
一開始還困惑於乳液怎麼會跟化妝水有一樣的瓶口，不過使用後就明白了！這是一款流動力較高的乳液，適合直接到在化妝棉上再全臉擦拭，臉上會有適度保濕和水潤的光澤感唷！我蠻喜歡的💕

④茶樹抗痘凝膠
局部用於明顯要冒出大痘痘的凸起上可以解決問題！不過連續幾天使用後的地方容易脫皮唷～味道香香的，也是透明的質地，最喜歡的一點是容量有20ml！CP值超高～之前用過的類似產品都只有15ml～推薦！❤️

Join us on our weekly hike to Kaohsiung's Monkey Mountain - Chai Shan! This video explains how to climb Kaohsiung's Monkey Mountain, Monkey Mountain trailhead location and how to get there, what you will need to bring and even where you can have a delicious traditional Chinese breakfast after your climb.

There are two main trailheads to climb Monkey Mountain: Shou Shan (near the zoo) and Chai Shan (further north). I prefer Chai Shan, and I'll show you here how to climb yourself!

Time: 1.5 - 3 hour round trip (depending on climbing speed and how many photos you take!)

Bring: Water, bug repellent, walking shoes, comfortable clothing
Optional: sweat towel (May to October), bandaids

Do not bring: food of any kind, plastic bags or wrappers (or the monkeys will be attracted to you - please note food is prohibited on the mountain for this reason)

Getting there
- Public transport: use google maps transit directions for bus routes (navigate to the 7-11 at the link below). Please note these often do not run before 7 am.
- Walking: the trailhead is about a half hour walk from Aozidi MRT station.
- Taxi/Uber: Show one of the addresses below to your driver (I recommend asking him to take you to the 7 Eleven as it's a major landmark and walking from there). The fare from Aozhidi MRT station (taxi rank at exit 2) is approximately nt120.
- Public bicycle
---City bike: You can use your credit card to rent these, but you keep paying until they are returned to a station. The closest station is at this 7 Eleven, a 10 minute walk from the mountain.
--- O-bike: Download the o-bike app to find an available bike. Once you arrive at the mountain, you can leave the bike there and it will likely still be there for you to re-rent when you come back down (and there are often extra available O-bikes at the trailhead or nearby).
