疫情中適合做的三件事：Eat, Pray, Love

平常忙的很多事，現在都不能做了。

但平常因為忙而忽略的事，現在可以補上。

比如說：Eat、Pray、Love。

東奔西跑時，吃飯是一件必要的麻煩。三級警戒後，吃飯成了一天唯一的娛樂。不管是防疫便當、大飯店的外帶，或自己做的焗烤。因為分心的事少了，終於能嘗到食物的質地。一口起士，舌頭變成天鵝。一口芒果，掩蓋了隔離的苦澀。

不管你信不信教、信什麼教，最近跟老天說話的次數一定變多了。我們終於恍然大悟：生命如此脆弱，無法只靠人為的努力。做為人，所有生理和心理的弱點，現在都暴露出來。原來，我們沒有自己想像的那麼強。原來，我們都需要被看顧。

被老天，或是老婆。天下太平時相愛，很容易。高壓時刻相愛，需要學習。相愛的人，總是在第一線承受彼此的挫折和不安。原本應該並肩作戰，常常變成遷怒對方。靈魂伴侶，吞下了我們的情緒廚餘。

Eat、Pray、Love，字母簡單，做到很難。疫情，給我們機會，好好練習一次。

明天下午的線上讀書會，我帶大家讀《Eat, Pray, Love》這本書（中文版叫《享受吧！一個人的旅行》）。
