昨天旱上一號風球,我在山頂行山散步,多了外國人來香港旅遊,我是高興的,香港的旅遊業,如同現今香港社會一樣,用食物去比喻,物先腐而後蟲生,連一個弱勢人仕被強姦,政府之無能,外國遊客來香港,真的對這個社會對人生安全有保障嗎?

我在香港越來越少出街食飯,除了不想食貴租,見到689的面孔,更無胃口,寧願在外地學煮番幾味,在家實習一下,分享給各位。

Their Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng has visited this shop before. It was well known for it home made fish ball and the delicious clear soup.

Koay Teow Th'ng as you might have realized the big chunks of Pork on top of the Koay Teow (Flat Noodles), it comes with some of their home made Eel Balls and some Lettuce as well as a generous amount of Pork Lards. The Koay Teow came in smooth but not in a clump, making it very delicate although the Eel Balls are not as bouncy as they may seemed, but one can slowly taste the hint of mild seafood-sweetness from the Eel Balls. I also like their broth being flavorful but does not possess a very porky-smell.

It is not just because of their Koay Teow that attracts me but also their home made Chilies where the chopped Bird's Eye Chilies will be mixed with some chopped Garlic. Some fresh Lime Juice will then be added together with the Chilies and Garlic, as well as some Soy Sauce. Not just appetizing, the Chilies also give an extra kick to the Koay Teow Th'ng.
