2019-11-28 18:28:40今回は熟成肉のすき焼きを堪能！鹿児島県鹿児島市の『熟成焼肉Gyudo!本店』にお邪魔してランチを頂いてきました！こちらは、鹿児島のブランド牛「さつま福永牛」を提供しているお店です。ストレスなく、ゆったりした環境で育てられた牛の肉質は非常にキメが細かく脂肪の融点が低いためにとろけるような口当たりと黒毛和牛独自の旨味が楽しめるんだそう。ただ提供するだけでなく、一番美味しく食べられるようにと50日間肉を熟成するという独自の提供方法をとっています。熟成することをドライエージングといい、熟成することで肉が通常の何倍にも旨味が増え、柔らかくなるんだそうです！しかも、、こちらでは牧場から加工、熟成までを完全に自社生産でおこなっているためリーズナブルにお肉を提供できるんです！そんなお店でいただくランチは、大きな極上サーロインの焼きすきランチ！大きなトロトロの肉をたっぷりと卵につけてご飯をかきこむ…これは絶品の美味しさでした！ということで、早速その様子を見ていきましょう！
Enjoy sukiyaki of dry aged meat this time! We had a lunch at the “Aged Yakiniku Gyudo! Main Store” in Kagoshima City, Kagoshima Prefecture! This is a store that offers Kagoshima brand beef "Satsuma Fukunaga Beef". Beef raised in a relaxed environment without stress has a very fine texture and a low melting point of fat, so you can enjoy the mouthfeel and the unique taste of Japanese black beef. In addition to providing it, we have a unique method of aging the meat for 50 days so that it can be eaten most deliciously. Aging is called dry aging, and aging will increase the umami of the meat many times and make it softer! What's more, here we can provide meat at a reasonable price because everything from ranch to processing and ripening is done in-house! Lunch at such a restaurant is a great sirloin grilled sukiyaki lunch! Put a lot of big meat on the egg and stir in the rice ... This was an exquisite taste! So let's see how it works!

Kawasaki GPz750 (1983) & GPz1100 (1983)
1972 年のＺ１から熟成につぐ熟成を重ね、数々の名声とレースフィールドにおけるタイトルを獲得してきたＺシリーズの空冷４気筒エンジンですが、いよいよ 1983年にその最終形を迎えます。GPz750/1100が販売された1983年には既に新たなカワサキのフラッグシップモデルたるＧＰｚ－Ｒシリーズが発表されていたのですが、GPz750/1100の構成を見ればこれらがＲシリーズ販売までの場つなぎ的なモデルとかではなく、カワサキが伝統ある空冷Ｚシリーズの最後を飾るにふさわしいモデルを造ろうとして誕生したモデルである事が見て取れます。外装はそれまでのＺシリーズの角張ったものとは異なる流麗なものが与えられ、車体周りにもアンチノーズダイブシステムを備えたフロントフォークやモノショック形式のリアサスペンションなど大幅な印新が図られます。ＧＰｚ７５０はこの年から排気量制限を750ccに変更されたＡＭＡのスーパーバイククラスにおいてウェイン・レイニーのライディングにより1981 年1982年のエディーローソンのシリーズタイトルに続くカワサキの３連覇を獲得します。

【藥事知多D】一物兩用：Misoprostol
〈嗄？胃藥竟然可以用來墮胎？〉
首先你沒看錯，我沒寫錯，就算是同一個作用原理，一種藥同時可能有兩種不同的用途「買一送一」。
例如第一代抗組織胺(First Generation Antihistamine)。
顧名思義，這些第一代抗組織胺主要在抗衡組織胺(Histamine)，從而能夠紓緩很多傷風、感冒、過敏的症狀，例如打噴嚏、鼻子痕癢、眼睛痕癢、流鼻水、流眼水。
其中常見的副作用主要是嗜睡。當然「嗜睡」確實帶貶義……好！換一個褒義詞，「助眠」應該動聽一點吧？
簡單說，在不想、不用、不能睡覺的時候眼訓是「嗜睡」；在需要睡覺的時候眼訓則是「助眠」。這就是說，這些第一代抗組織胺其實還是一種助眠藥KO失眠。
在兵法上，這是一種「奇正之變（《孫子兵法．兵勢》）」而已。簡單說，「嗜睡」是副作用，「助眠」是適應症。
不過就算是同一個作用原理，一些藥還是可以產生兩種截然不同的用途，兩者看來根本風馬牛不相及。
例如Misoprostol。
在藥理上，Misoprostol是一種前列腺素E1類似物(Prostaglandin E1 Analogue)，直接一點，其實便是前列腺素E1(Prostaglandin E1, PGE1)的冒牌貨，主要在冒充前列腺素E1跟體內的前列腺素E1受體結合發揮功效。
不過不說不知道，原來……
就算是同一個身體，同一個受體，不同的地方還是可以產生不同的效果。
要是胃部，Misoprostol便是一種胃藥，主要透過穩定肥大細胞(Mast Cell)抑制組織胺(Histamine)的釋放來抑制胃酸分泌[1]，因為組織胺會刺激胃壁細胞(Parietal Cells)產生激酶(Kinase)激活胃壁的質子泵(Proton Pump)釋放氫離子(Hydrogen Ions)產生鹽酸(Hydrogen Chloride, HCl)，從而分泌胃酸，所以透過阻斷組織胺的刺激，便能夠抑制胃酸分泌。
同時一般相信Misoprostol還可以增加胃壁的黏液分泌，如同加厚城牆一樣鞏固胃壁黏膜這道城牆抗衡胃酸，同時促進胃壁黏膜分泌重碳酸鹽(Bicarbonate, HCO3-)中和胃酸，從而加強胃壁的自我保護功能。
一般而言Misoprostol主要適用於預防非類固醇消炎止痛藥(Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs, NSAIDs)所誘發的腸胃潰瘍(NSAID-induced Ulcer)。
為什麼？
因為非類固醇消炎止痛藥能夠抑制前列腺素(Prostaglandin, PG)的產生，所以能夠影響胃壁的黏液分泌，削弱胃壁的自我保護功能，導致胃壁容易受到胃酸的刺激，從而增加出現胃潰瘍、胃出血的風險。
反過來，既然Misoprostol能夠冒充前列腺素，自然便能夠抗衡非類固醇消炎止痛藥，緩和相關的副作用。
至於常見的副作用主要是腹瀉，而且劑量愈大，副作用愈大[2][3]，一般建議餐後服用或者睡前服用，或許能夠緩和這種副作用，除此之外，還可能會出現腹痛。
至於要是子宮，場景不同，角色便會不同，劇情便會不同……
這時候，Misoprostol便會搖身一變成為一種墮胎藥(Abortifacient)，雖然同是跟體內的前列腺素E1受體結合，不過這次是子宮肌層(Myometrium)，導致子宮收縮，同時促進子宮頸成熟(Cervical Ripening)，導致引產，從而能夠中止懷孕，誘導流產。
看！這兩種適應症看來真的好像沒有什麼關係吧？
真的要說的話，唯一的關係便是……
看到這裡，各位看倌一定會知道，在正常的情況下，這種藥當然不建議孕婦服用，不然的話，這不是人工流產嗎？
所以要是女性正值生育年齡，有人建議服藥前兩星期內驗明正身，驗一驗孕，排除懷孕的可能性並在服藥期間做足避孕措施。[4]
最後不論如何，既然Misoprostol能夠中止懷孕，稍有不慎，便可能會誘導流產，同時胃藥又不是只有Misoprostol這個選項，所以Misoprostol一般是一種「可用卻不常用」的胃藥。
