2021-06-27 19:00:31【無聲的嘆息 The Silent Sigh】I wrote this song about 18 months ago, 4 months after my breakup, never had the chance to post it because I was practicing my singing part, never nailed it so bailed it.
For those of you who don't know me well, including my close ones. I have been through 7 relationships, which means I fell in love 7 times. Every time I go through a breakup I repost this "People come and go, most of them just walk by. Life moves on. But some day I wish just one will stop by. Then, life goes on."
I don't stop. I don't stop working, I don't stop learning, I don't stop loving. I will always love hard and always harder. Love myself, love my family, friends. Love everyone, love those whom do not feel, love those who temp me to fall the most. For love has no limit, and knows no boundaries.
I am who I am.

2020-12-30 07:56:06Do you remember my TED Talk, 'Do You Speak The Future?' Well, here’s another surprise…the day right after my TED Talk, my Latin teacher invited me to give another talk at the Anagnostics Society, the school’s Classics society! I was overjoyed, of course, but not just because of the invitation. What was so ironic about this is that I had been wanting to join this society for a long time, but I wasn’t able to because it was only open to students in the upper years, and I wasn’t old enough to enter. Yet here I was, being honoured with an invitation to give a talk at that same society! The Almighty really had planned the best for me - Alhamdulillah!
The talk was an expansion of my TED Talk topic, and I included an extra crash course in linguistics and conlanging (how to make your own language), presented in a workshop-style format. I got really positive feedback from the audience, as well as the teacher who invited me - he praised me for such a great talk, and he might have to invite me again for another talk to take an in-depth look at Tolkien’s languages! And the cherry on top was that he even awarded me with a Golden Book entry, both for my TED Talk and the talk I had given at the society - how truly humbling!
Needless to say, I was more than flattered. I also enjoyed giving the talk - one of the things that gives me most pleasure is being able to share and educate others about my passions! This truly was a blessing - indeed, even being rejected from the society in the first place was a blessing in disguise! In return, I was honoured with an invitation not only to give a talk, but to conduct a workshop as well! I am truly grateful for the opportunity to further widen my audience and carry on inspiring others by sharing my own passion.
I thank my teacher for being so trusting by honouring me with the invitation in the first place. I thank my friends and schoolmates who showed their support by attending. I thank my family for being my backbone all along. And above all, I thank Allah for bestowing countless opportunities upon me! May this be the start of many more blessed occasions to come in the year ahead…

你可以幻想下，你只不過肚痛或者其他唔舒服而去醫院，點知旁邊嘅病人竟然有COVID，而醫院因為爆床位而你要係急症室等到2046先有病房病床，係等待嘅時候你感染咗COVID，係幾咁令人無奈嘅事。
已經唔只一次係唔同醫院發生呢個問題，呢個亦係其他西方國家面對緊嘅困境，英美澳都不斷出現院內感染
Contact tracing係一個惡夢，每次同病人家屬交代病情時（醫院唔俾家屬探病，所以醫生變咗歡樂滿東華電話接線生，每日打俾唔同嘅家屬請解情況）
「點解會發生件咁嘅事，入院個COVID Swab明明係negative，到底係點感染到？」
「我地一路都在做正確嘅事情，已經WFH，不跟別人群聚，只有買餸買日用品先出街，邊個會想到竟然會係醫院感染到？」
「醫院唔係應該係最安全嘅地方咩？點解變咗做隨時會感染嘅危險地帶？」
「咁即係咩意思？佢會唔會惡化，家屬幾時先可以見佢，佢本身好多長期病患，感染後係咪會好大機會重症？」
老實講，我真係唔識答，現實就係無經歷過SARS嘅國家嘅醫院都真係not built for COVID
家屬嘅憂慮同憤怒都係好legitimate好合理
平時我地都會建議病人有事要盡早求醫，但醫院對病人同家屬來講卻變成一個唔再安全嘅地方，how disheartening and ironic is this？
唔少病人同家屬都會要求盡早出院，即使未做好足夠嘅investigation, blood test and imaging，呢一切一切都compromised medical care
你覺得COVID是弱流感？你覺得是醫生們大驚小怪？這只是因為香港未曾經歷過英美加澳意等大型爆發嘅境地，你才會有這個luxury talk non sense
是的，總究我們都要接受同COVID共存，但在共存的同時，我們要了解這些代價 and it’s not a small price to pay

這次要介紹的，是改編自同名漫畫的台劇《神之鄉》(The Summer Temple Fair)。《神之鄉》共有10集、每集1小時，目前已經在公視、東森戲劇台，以及LINE TV上跟播到第6集。
故事敘述大學生夏志薰，在相隔7年之後，回到了故鄉桃園大溪。並且準備在6/24關聖帝君生日當天，實踐童年願望來舉神將，於是和一眾好友們展開集訓。在過程中他不僅回憶起童年，還解開了家族中多年的秘密。
在看過漫畫和影集之後，我們覺得因為格式條件不同，影集的角色背景變得更加完整、劇情也更加豐富，而原作想要探討的『人與人』和『人與神』這類型的議題：像是人際間的承諾與信任，還是人神間的還願和信仰，都被具體地描繪出來了。
