Some babies are fussy eaters .
But certainly not these twins .
They eat almost everything from Carrots , Brocolli , Avocados …
We usually start with purée fruits and vegetables .

Some tips
Feed them when really hungry . Avoid milk 2-3 hours prior to meals .
Introduce varieties of food .
Plain water in between gulps.
Make feeding fun with songs .
Praise them when they finish their portions .
No salts added .
No sugary drinks .
Keep a healthy lifestyle with just plain water .
Once you start sugary drinks , they would never want to drink plain water ever again …

The last time I got to taste a traditional Swedish delicacy was during the filming of a tv game show that I’ll never forget. We tried sour herring straight out of the can, which was surprisingly delicious to me, despite carrying an aroma that filled up the film set for 2 days, brought us all to tears, got us running for our dear lives, escaping splattered juices that covered our hair and costumes. ⠀⁣

This time around, I had a much more pleasant encounter with the Smörgåstårta, a cute little Swedish sandwich cake. I spent 5 minutes admiring the beauty of it before inhaling it in 2 gulps like a real classy lady. ⁣

I woke up bloody aching in all these new places from the Mettle Challenge circuit yday. I knew I had a long weekend ahead and I told myself just take it easy but you know la, the mix of adrenalin, a little bit of ego and competition can get you carried away. So yes, I have problems walking down steps and even sitting on the toilet bowl because my quads are killing me!

Suffered through training this morning and then headed off to the Liberty Wave open water swim event - I chose to do the 2.8km and somewhere out there it got rough when we swam against the current and I was swallowing gulps of sea water, but I kept telling myself to keep going and just finish it!
.
At one point I swam wrongly and went in the wrong direction and only realised it when people started Swimming into me wtf. Hahahahahahaha!

So, I’m so done with the physical activities for this weekend. Great swim event, safety kayaks were ample, free coconuts and food and 100 Plus for participants... thank you for having me and thank you TYR for the sexy Thresher tech suit!! ❤️❤️❤️ #libertywave #cheryltayworksout
