Seperti blogging ni, aku turut minat dalam dunia jaga badan. Bukanlah aku minat sampai aku tahu semua nama peserta jaga badan dunia ni ! Yang aku kenal dua tiga jer.. Malek Noor, Othman Yahya dan Sazali Samad. Hahaha.. Lain tak ingat. Heee.. jangan marah aaa.. Bukan apa... nak jaga badan ni, bukanlah mudah. Memerlukan kesungguhan, displin serta semangat yang tinggi. Bila kita ada 3 benda ni dalam diri, inshaAllah.. kita mampu mengawal diri. Dari sudut dunia dan akhirat. Gitulah. Aku punya minat ni tidak la sampai nak masuk pertandingan atau nak tengok pertandingan gitu.

Aku mula masuk gym selepas badan aku naik mencanak canak. Membulat bagai ikan paus sekali makan untuk 6 bulan ! Ketika tu, umur baru 20an. Gara gara sibuk kerja dan tiada masa untuk bersukan. Dan mula dapat penyakit ! Nah... baru ada akal ! Maka aku mula ubah gaya hidup.
