Hehe，我很想念你們！
今天的分享也是蠻長的，但一點一滴都很珍貴💓
是我成長的過程！也是關於我在學習IFS上的得著。
這次想要跟大家分享我由還沒有接觸Internal Family System (內在家庭系統)(IFS)開始到現在的一些轉變，因為自己實在覺得太神奇了！！！

由1月泌尿科那邊向我提出手術這個選擇，
我除了面對不了醫生12月時那種讓我難過的話，
還一直決定不了到底我想要手術還是繼續一輩子插著導尿管就算了......
那時，我很迷惘，也被醫生的話所傷。
而我老師有對我說這也是一種grief(傷痛)，
是因為loss(失去)而來的grief......
失去某部份能力，也失去了對醫生的信任。
根據Kübler-Ross所指出，grief有5個階段，
分別是：Denial(否認)、Anger(憤怒)、Bargaining(討價還價)、Depression(憂鬱)和Acceptance(接受)。
於是我就在想，究竟甚麼時候我才能夠走到acceptance的階段呢？是不是真的有acceptance的可能性嗎？

那幾個月我都很傷心，只要別人一不慎觸碰到我的「傷口」，我的眼淚會忍不住不停流出來😅...
有一刻，我有點擔心，因為我失去了所有其他的情緒、反應及感受，感覺上自己是與世界分離的，不斷只覺得很傷心💔

後來有一次我要回醫院，
起程回醫院的那一刻，我用了很多時間和勇氣才能把自己推出去宿舍的房門，乘升降機到樓下已經有一種很強烈的恐懼感。坐上巴士，眼淚失控的流下來，把我的口罩都沾濕了...
換新口罩後我有在網上跟Helen聊天，然後她提供了我一個自我療癒的方法，很感謝她，但其實那一剎那我真的太傷心了，縱然有方法我也不知道該怎麼辦。

那天醫生要我住院，
然後我眼淚又再度失控，不是害怕住院！
而是我不知道我應該怎樣面對那群讓我傷心的醫生，也很怕受再一次的傷害.....
Inner Child(内在小孩)走了出來，它很傷心，我找了很久都找不到原來的好鈞...
Helen告訴我 好鈞被不同的parts綁架了...
所以我們要跟綁匪「談判」！
我那時改了「行動代號」叫叮噹...
因為醫生穿了工作服真的很像多啦A夢🤣！

過了一會我哭得更慘...
因為有一個相熟的護士跟我說「醫生傷害妳，但妳有權不被他們傷害到啊！」
然後我很不開心的找Helen聊天....我不明白這句說話的用意，我覺得好像是在指責我...好像甚麼都是我的錯！！！
Helen跟我說舊派心理輔導指出每個人要為自己的情緒和行為負責任，但這個說法其實有一點點不合理的....
Helen說每個「當時」的我都是脆弱的，「現在」的我不需要為當時的脆弱負責！而是慢慢用現在的我去修補那一刻的脆弱！
這不是我的責任，只是我盡力保護著我自己。

那次住院，我很害怕......
我會用不同的方法盡量填滿每一個時間，不能讓自己靜下來。
早上、下午我通常會迫自己上課、做功課、上網找資料，而晚上我也有嘗試叫自己睡覺...但我一睡著，幾分鐘後就會驚醒，全身都是汗、也會發抖...睡了幾次都這樣，所以我決定不睡覺了...

我靜靜的坐在床上感受，並把我那天遇到的parts畫出來！
那晚12點53分我把「愛愛子」畫出來了，
是因為那天有一個很好的護士放工後長途跋涉幫我回大學宿舍拿我需要的ipad，還在她的家拿了一堆日用品和買了一堆零食到病房給我😭❤️；另一位去了隔離病房工作的護士則買了幾個蛋糕和消毒用品給我，真的讓我很感動，感受到滿滿的愛。
半夜2點半我突然遇上了「懦仔」，我們兩個的身體都軟軟的，互相依偎著.....我們沒有說太多話，只是坐著陪伴彼此...
到後來差不多4點，我遇上了「小傷」，我看到滿身都是疤痕的它。它拍拍我的肩膀，只對我說了一句「我知道真的蠻痛的」，忽然有一種被明白的感覺，身體有股暖流向著心口衝去....

可能我沒睡覺的關係，隔天我整天都呆呆的坐著。
但呆歸呆，我還是會傷心到很容易哭....
那段日子我沒辦法跟醫生說話，我都用寫的方法與他們溝通。
有人跟我說「醫生是醫治妳的人，跟他們關係搞差，對妳沒甚麼好處！」

對，沒錯！無可否認！我患的這兩個都是一輩子不能脱離的免疫系統疾病，我根本不能夠失去醫生！
再者，病人從來都是軟弱的一方，病人的角色永遠都很被動。醫生寫在牌板的治療方案，我們可以說不嗎？不能。我永遠都難以忘記有一次醫生Two MO(2 doctors’ consent)也要迫我做腰椎穿刺！就是因為打不通我媽媽的電話，所以就2個醫生簽下名要我做人生第五次穿刺.....
我一直說「不要，我不想做！我不要！」，但因為前幾天我忘記了時、地、人的資料，所以醫生覺得我不能為自己決定.....
那天我做完之後在床上平躺時還在流眼淚，覺得自己很委屈。
那天我還發了我媽咪脾氣🥺，我媽媽醒來後打電話給我，我哭得撕心裂肺的問媽媽為甚麼您沒有接到醫生的電話呢？好痛，為甚麼又是我？.....
其實我不是想罵媽媽，只是我覺得真的很痛，而醫生們根本不願意跟我溝通，就直接在牌板寫上LP這兩個英文字母，然後我就被迫去接受...
媽媽那天晚上來到醫院探我，她摸著我哭到濕透的頭髮跟我說了一句「對不起，是媽媽不好，媽媽關了電話休息，怎料醫生就打電話來......對不起要妳再痛一次...我根本不想妳再做這個檢查！」

媽媽，我絕對沒有要怪您的意思！
我知道這些年來您每天照顧我也很累了，休息一下是應該的，如果可以我也希望您能多休息！

(可惡，一邊打這篇文字紀錄還會一邊流眼淚耶🌚)

在病的面前，人人都是平等的，人人都是脆弱的！醫生看過最無力的我，看過抽筋的我，看過發40度高燒很迷糊的我，看過上腦時思緒很混亂的我，看過全身長滿疹子的我、看過不斷喘氣的我......
我知道我需要醫生的幫助才可以讓我的生活「正常」一點點！我明白我需要藥物的輔助。

但3月那次住院正是因為各個科系的醫生沒有足夠溝通而對我造成影響！我早就跟醫生說，做PE(血漿置換)的喉管不用就趕快把它拆掉，不然一直吃免疫抑制藥物和類固醇的我一定會受感染的。。。
我2月14日已經收到護士的電話通知說不用再做PE，然後我問護士甚麼時候能拆掉喉管？隔天，我收到的訊息是風濕科醫生說讓腦科醫生決定.....但腦科卻沒有給我任何答案，喉就一直白白擺在我身上再多超過一個月，終於細菌感染讓我發高燒了......
我很生氣，為甚麼您們醫生之間沒有人願意為我發聲？然後要等到感染了細菌、我發燒您們才說幫我拔除......？
請問您們是否把我當成人球？我到底做錯了甚麼事？為甚麼您們要懲罰我？還是您們做錯了甚麼，要我這一號病人為您們承擔後果？
看似很生氣的我，其實更多的.......是悲傷，我真的不知道該如何是好🥺。不要遺下我一個人奮鬥好嗎？

另一件事，去年6月，醫生們曾經告訴我只要我接受治療，導尿管很快就可以拆掉的，
導尿管如是者放在我身上面1個月、2個月......至今已經1年了。
每次試拆都還是沒辦法自主小便...然後喉又插回去。生活上滿滿的不便，亦試過2次因為尿袋破損了，弄髒了我的褲子，雖然我不難過，但始終會尷尬......還因為SPS這個病，我肌肉收縮得很強烈，弄得我幾次都因為導尿管滑出/錯位 而要到急診室，很痛！而且光是2020年我就已經得過4次泌尿道感染，原因是插著導尿管所以反復尿道感染.....
前幾天醫生告訴我那些Stiff Person Syndrome導致了的後果很多時候都沒辦法reverse(逆轉)，意味著我膀胱的功能可能就沒辦法再使用了.....我會不會考慮進行SPC手術(膀胱造瘻術)？
其實由1月泌尿科醫生跟我提到這個手術，我想了整整幾個月....因為畢竟就算做了手術，將來還是需要照顧那個傷口和造口，會擔心如果進一步活動能力變差，誰照顧我？我不希望再麻煩別人了！尤其不想再要媽媽辛苦，所以能自己解決的問題我都盡量想自己解決！

在我很傷心的幾個月裡，我完全沒有辦法感受到其他parts，是完完全全傷心到麻木了，甚至連感受痛楚的能力都漸漸失去...拆完喉管的那2天正常會痛，但我竟然還上課...
我不禁問了自己一個問題「到底我還是不是完整的我？我將來也只懂傷心嗎？」我解釋不到自己的狀況.....
後來有機會參與創傷同學會舉辦的網上IFS講座，講師 阿池有提到當有一個part完全接管內心的時候，它會把人的self(真我)掩蓋住了，令人失去真我，被它主宰整個内心世界，從而慢慢影響這個人的世界觀。

講座前我都試過靜下來時回到自己的內心，我講「Hello~」但卻只聽到自己的回音，沒有任何另外的聲音願意跟我對話，我的parts都是背向我坐著的...

之後的一個多月裡，我很努力、很拼命的趕presentation(匯報)、功課、溫習考試内容和做FYP(畢業論文)的計劃書，沒有時間和空間靜下來跟內心相處、沒時間陪我的parts....

我讀的科系是輔導及心理學(就是諮商與心理學)，我很多的功課都跟心理學和輔導有關的，每看一篇academic journal(學術論文)都彷彿能回應我内心的需要，慢慢縮短我與各個parts的距離！
它們特別喜歡在我正在忙和思考的時間出來找我😅😅，不斷重複播著某些畫面給我看，例如「愛愛子」很喜歡播我受大家愛護的畫面給我看，讓我記起自己是被愛和幸福的！
連後來溫習中文選修(明清小品文)的時候，我都在用心理學理論解釋古代文學家寫文章時的心理狀況，從而說出文章的藝術特質、風格，推移到現今社會中及與我人生經歷近似的情境中。
在溫習、做功課、FYP時不斷的跟不同parts connect，有時候讓我有點不知所措😅😅，我有試過很尊重的跟它們說能否先讓我做好功課才跟它們聊😀，但它們還是常常會找到機會跟我談話，播放著我20幾年人生中開心、不開心、痛楚、害怕、擔心、興奮等的畫面給我看，特別有一些呈現出來的parts試過在我面前哭泣起來...我那時放下了手上的工作，陪在它身旁，嘗試明白它。不用說太多話，但我們卻緊緊連繫了！

到了今個月身體多了一點點狀況，
又會突然心跳加速、體力變差、背部很痛、很快就開始暈、全身盜汗，然後吐、四肢軟軟的.....我幾乎每天都待在家，連跟實習機構的site supervisor見面都改為網上....我覺得蠻悶的，但卻因此多了很多時間感受不同parts的存在。
加上開始上校外的IFS課程，很多時候一邊上課，透過導師、助教和同學們的分享中我發現了某些新的parts，原來很多parts是一直存在，只是我沒有發現過它們或是有一些我一直不敢接觸而已。。。

說實話，我一開始只覺得IFS是一種很可愛、有趣的心理治療，但我沒有實際體驗過...
直到我6月初看了一篇外國的學術研究論文是關於IFS與RA(類風濕性關節炎)患者的治療效果，提出了數據證明IFS能輔助醫生及藥物幫患者達到減輕痛楚的目標🤩🤩，文末更提到免疫系統病患及其他慢性痛症患者亦適用，加深了我對IFS的熱情，很希望能夠親身體驗和嘗試，將來幫助身邊的病友認識屬於他們的內在家庭😀🔥🔥。

星期三是第四堂了，雖然每堂我都會很累，要集中精神2個多小時對我而言絕對很困難， 我有時一邊上課會忽然進入「好鈞思考模式」🧏🏻‍♀️此時我會拿筆輕戥自己的臉龐，痛楚令我可以回到精神一點的狀態🤣！

哈，現在正式學習IFS的過程才真正明白到in self對人的重要性有多大！
上一堂課因為巧合，我跟導師阿池和其餘2位學員分享parts曾經主動找我聊天的經驗，阿池說是因為信任的關係和我願意陪伴它們，令parts feel 到我重視每一個它們，所以才會主動找我的！

我想請問追蹤了我這個專頁一段時間的星星們有沒有發現以前我打的文字比較少，但由去年大概9月開始我打的文字愈來愈多、而且感覺內心世界變得很豐富？XD
IFS強調只有在client(當事人)的真我願意時，才有轉化的機會。或者就是因為我的真我願意，才讓我有機會轉化一些傷心、無力的parts，梳理了我的一些受傷經驗，讓它們成為我成長中最強大的力量！🌞🌈

雖然我現在還未可以完完全全從悲痛感中復原過來，但一步一步的經歷都能讓我有所體會，從中得著更多！

人生不單有快樂，如果一個人只擁有快樂的部分，那是一個不完全的人.....
感激除了快樂的部分外，我還有很多很多不同的部分陪伴我走過人生每段經歷、每個難關。
