The tools I used are regular glue guns. Really nothing special here. A wet wipe can help preventing the glue stick to your seal stamps. (The release agent isn’t really necessary, just to show you it’s also an option if you can find one, if not then a wet wipe would be good enough.) This video includes three parts: A wax piece, a tag with a wax seal on it, and a simple wrapping. I do not dare to exercise since sweating is supposed to improve the circulation of qi and invigorate the blood, and I’m afraid this might worsen the eczema outbreak.” CheckCheckCin: According to the Chinese Medicine theories, patients with eczema are normally individuals with the phlegm-dampness and damp heat body constitutions, or those who with a weak spleen, dampness in the body, or wind-dryness due to blood deficiency. During an eczema outbreak, we can still exercise as usual. Exercising can improve the circulation of qi and blood, and it does not exacerbate the condition. In fact, sweating is a way to dispel dampness from the body and can expedite recovery. An itch on the affected areas might become more apparent after the exercise due to the heat the body gives out. To relieve the itch, all we need to do is wipe away our sweat and change into clean clothes as soon as possible. It is also important to stay hydrated. Do not forget to apply lotion on your body after shower. Do note that being constantly under stress can also cause eczema to flare up. Right after the period, it’s not ovulating when the mucus is dry or sticky (I); when the mucus becomes elastic and creamy, the ovulation may be coming (II); when the mucus becomes wet and resembles an raw white egg, the ovulation is very close(III). Last, it’s almost the ovulation when the discharge is watery. Either phase II or III is easily to get pregnant (Fig 2). You can predict this by checking and tracking cervical mucus changes. You will know it when you wipe your vaginal discharge by paper towels. The third way is to use ovulation predictor to know your the most fertile days (Fig 3). It’s very important to know how your body works and it can be empowering. Don’t be shy to know your body. You are definitely the key to prevent something unpredictable happened.
