【材料】
●ズッキーニ：2本（お好みの夏野菜、お肉でもOK）
●お好みのとろけるチーズ：お好み量
［やみつき黄金ソース］
●マヨネーズ：大さじ3
●卵黄：2個（白身はスープの具材やお菓子作りとかに使ってね）
●粒マスタード：大さじ1
●白味噌：小さじ2（普通の味噌を使う場合は、味噌小さじ1と砂糖小さじ1で代用してね）
●醤油：適量
お好みでニンニク少々入れてもすっごく美味しいよ♪
※ズッキーニの最初の火入れはお好みで！僕たちは少し食感を残したいので短めにしてますが、すっごくトロトロにしたい場合は焼き目がつくまでしてあげて下さい。

旬のズッキーニが最高に簡単で美味しく食べられるレシピ
『ズッキーニのやみつき黄金チーズ焼き』を作りました。
マヨネーズと卵黄が合わさった濃厚ソースに粒マスタードのほのかな酸味と香り、
味噌のコクと風味が絶妙にマッチして最高にやみつきソースになってます。
とにかくこの『やみつき黄金ソース』が恐ろしく最高に旨いんですが
これさえ覚えておけば、お好みの野菜、肉、魚の上に乗せて焼くだけで
お店で出てくるような素材を活かした最高に美味しい逸品料理が
簡単に出来ちゃう優れものなんです( *´艸｀)
しかも『やみつき黄金ソース』を乗せてトースターやオーブンで焼くだけなので
夏の暑い時期でも涼しい顔して作れちゃいますよ♪
是非、今夜のお酒のお供に作って、最高の晩酌しちゃって下さい。
[Ingredients]
● Zucchini: 2 (or any summer vegetable or meat you like)
● Melted cheese of your choice: as much as you like
[Golden sauce]
● Mayonnaise: 3 tablespoons
● Egg yolks: 2 (use the whites for soup ingredients or baking)
● Mustard: 1 tablespoon
● White miso paste : 2 teaspoons (If you use regular miso, substitute
1 teaspoon miso and 1 teaspoon sugar)
● Soy sauce: appropriate amount
You can add a little garlic if you like ♪
※ The initial cooking of the zucchini is up to you! If you want them
to be very tender, cook them until they start to brown.

👩🏻⚕️：Actually, I’m not worried about human beings are going to be replaced by AI in the future.
Because AI is invented by us. Although AI has many pros, the emotional points, tender points and so on are things irreplaceable. We got empathy, sympathy and being emotional, these seems a cons for us, however I think we should strengthen these point because we live with these points with our lovely people.
Overall, AI is not 100% unhelpful, it still can efficiently assist nutritionist being more professional through saving times and so forth☺️

其實我沒有很擔心人類終將被AI取代，
因為AI還是人類發明出來的，即使他的優點很多，能夠彌補許多人類的疏失和錯誤，
但我相信人性人味不是機器可以取代的，這是很最大最大的優勢，
我們有同理心、有同情心、會擔心、會傷心，情緒看似是我們的缺失，但也是優點🙂因為有這些我們才能用心與人接觸，所以可以強化這方面的發展，減少自己被淘汰的風險。
而且，利用AI取代部分營養部門的工作，可以省下人力時間，增加營養師的時間和效率，用在更需要我們的地方發揮專業，不見得是壞事☺️

12月24日
今天晚上是平安夜，也是耶穌誕生的時間，也叫聖誕夜。
今天要跟大家分享，《平安夜》奧地利🇦🇹作者的小故事，另外要分享奧地湖區～哈斯達特的耶誕節裝飾。
就算你不是基督徒，也能夠哼唱幾句世界名曲～《平安夜》。歌曲的旋律非常安祥平和，中文歌詞也可以了解耶穌誕生，對西方人、對教友而言，是多麽喜悅的事情。
據說1818年12月24日平安夜，在奧地利🇦🇹薩爾茲堡郊區的小鎮～《歐本多夫Oberndorf bei Salzburg》，聖尼古拉教堂的神父Josef Mohr，為了在子夜彌撒，能有一首新歌曲，自己早已寫了詞，在平安夜他帶給了小學的校長Franz Gruber，請他幫忙譜曲，而完成了這個世界名曲。
歌曲最早是德文的歌曲，目前已經被填上44種不同的語言。我們在文末也附上平安夜的歌詞，願在平安夜之後，帶給大家平安喜樂、闔家安康。
另外要跟大家分享一張，奧地利湖區小鎮～哈斯達特Hallstatt 的耶誕節裝飾！ㄧ顆星星好似就落在教堂旁。據說2千零20年前的12月24日晚上，天上落下了一顆無比明亮的星星，耶穌就在這時來到世界，也開啟西方基督教文化，耶穌的故事，從出生前開始，就已經開始寫事跡故事，出生時，「東方三博士」觀星後，到1月6日找到了耶穌，更獻上了禮物，這也可說是西方人、基督徒，最重要的事情的開始，也是西方人的過年。
兩年前在捷克🇨🇿布拉格，真巧剛好也是老城區聖尼古拉教堂，參加了第一次的子夜彌撒。當我們在旅遊，有機會體驗不一樣的活動，更能感受在地的文化氣息。
