當你朋友唔開心，其實你冇資格講「好小事姐」 當你朋友唔開心，其實你唔需要同佢講「唔好唔開心」、「我覺得好小事」、「呢啲嘢唔需要理會」，亦唔需要可憐佢，覺得佢好慘，你只需要喺佢身邊了解同同理番點解佢會唔開心。 係***你***覺得好小事，你朋友可以覺得好大件事。 而佢唔開心唔代表佢有問題，唔代表佢一定係小題大做。可能人地童年經歷過你冇經歷過嘅trauma。 你唔係佢，你冇體驗過佢嘅痛苦，其實你冇咩資格同佢講「好小事」。 每逢新聞有人自殺，跟著就好多人問佢點解「咁傻」，要自殺，或者呢啲人自己唔知道，但自己都參與左喺blame the victim嘅過程之中。 一個人會唔開心到自殺，正如黃子華所講，可以係生活請佢食咗屎。 明明其他人食自助餐，佢又係食自助餐。 佢食咗兩啖就話唔食喇，人哋同佢講，做咩咁傻唔食啊？咁好食。 佢話，我頭嗰兩啖食咗屎呀，你依家叫我繼續食？ 唔係話自殺係啱，亦都唔係話唔開心係好事，只係一個人自殺，一個人唔開心，必然係有佢嘅理由，好可能佢自己都唔想，佢只係覺得自殺能夠保護自己。 唔好責怪佢住，一啲你以為係關心緊佢嘅說話，可能在佢聽起上嚟都係一啲缺乏理解嘅說話。 所謂不開心就不開心，別要勉強的慰問。有時候，唔stigmatise情緒，俾佢唔開心一陣，先係理解嘅表現。 呢個post係尋日聽緊Mariah Carey嘅hero令我諗起嘅嘢。 香港撒瑪利亞防止自殺會The Samaritan Befrienders Hong Kong熱線：23892222

LOAD ON THE RED and exaggerate the liner! But check out this Vivid Lip colour in shade ‘Female Hustler’ from @miguellawsonmy ⁣ 😭 DEPRESSION⁣ - that undereye Epic Wear white liner from @nyxcosmetics_my really works wonders! Also I can now imagine how I would look crying glittery tears with @glamxcosmetics epic EYECANDY palette. Super long ‘Aurora’ lashes from @missmimzofficial a huge plus! ⁣ ⁣ 😟 ANXIETY ⁣ - popping veins, eyebags (yes did you notice?), lack of appetite, sense of impending doom, panic attacks! Yup, Anxiety is the hardest look to visualise but I am happy with this look!
