I want to deliver delicious Japanese-food recipes to the world
【材料】（保存期間：冷蔵で約3日）
●ニラ：1束
●長ねぎ：1本
●醤油：大さじ4
●黒酢：大さじ1（普通の酢でもOK）
●みりん：大さじ1
●お酒：大さじ4
●あごだし（4倍濃縮）：小さじ1（めんつゆ、白だしでもOK）
●ナンプラー：大さじ1（旨味がとんでもない事になるよ♪）
●ごま油：大さじ2
●にんにく：1～2片（チューブタイプでもOK）
●生姜：にんにくと同量（チューブタイプでもOK）
●豆板醤：小さじ1
●砂糖：小さじ2（ラカントとかにするとより糖質が抑えれます）
●唐辛子：お好み量
●いり胡麻：お好み量
●お好みで、一味唐辛子、ラー油
※辛みが苦手な方は豆板醤を味噌に変えて下さい。
※にんにくと生姜は出来れば生の方がオススメ♪

こんな美味しい万能タレは食べた事がない！と何度も言われたり、
食べた人には必ずレシピを聞かれる超オススメのレシピになってます！
魚醤と和風出汁が合わさった奥深い旨味に黒酢のコクある酸味がたまらなく後引く、
最高に超やべぇやみつき感になってます🤤🤤🤤
ラーメン、豆腐、豚しゃぶ、焼肉、素麺、餃子、卵かけご飯、お鍋…合わせ方は無限大！
マジ何でも超合います！！
作り方は特製のタレに漬けるだけ♪
是非色んな物に合わせてみて下さいね。
一度食べたら、いつも冷蔵庫に入れておきたくなるくらい、
超やみつきな旨さですよ😆
あと！これ食べると次の日めっちゃ肌と体の調子が最強になります♪
[Ingredients] (Preservation period: about 3 days refrigerated)
● Chive: 1 bunch
● Leek: 1
● Soy sauce: 4 tablespoons
● Black vinegar: 1 tablespoon (regular vinegar is also fine)
● Mirin: 1 tablespoon
● Sake: 4 tablespoons
● Fish stock: 1 teaspoon (4 times concentrated) (Noodle soup or white soup stock can also be used)
● Nam Pla: 1 tablespoon (the flavor will be outrageous!)
● Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons
● Garlic: 1 to 2 cloves (you can use the tube type)
● Ginger: Same amount as garlic (you can use the tube type)
● Dou ban jiang: 1 teaspoon
● Sugar: 2 teaspoons (you can use LACANTS to reduce the sugar content)
● Red hot pepper: As much as you like
● Sesame seeds: As much as you like
● Optional: chili pepper, chili oil
※If you don't like the spiciness, replace Dou ban jiang with miso.
※I recommend fresh garlic and ginger if possible.

The deep flavor of Nam pla and Japanese fish stock combined with the rich acidity of the black vinegar is irresistible aftertaste, making it super addictive! 🤤🤤🤤
Ramen, tofu, pork shabu, yakiniku, somen, gyoza, rice with egg, hot pot... the possibilities are endless!
Seriously, it goes super well with everything!!
All you have to do is to soak it in the special sauce♪
Please try to match it with many different things.
Once you try it, you'll want to keep it in your fridge all the time, it's so addictive😆
Also, when you eat this, your skin and body will feel its best the next day♪

那我。。住在台灣，台灣的疫情管理非常成功。有一些新聞説台灣是世界上最成功管理疫情的國家。

我一直在問自己：爲什麽法國的政治的人，新聞，科學家都不在講到台灣？？台灣疫情管理世界上最成功！我們法國的媒體都在講國内的事情而已，偶爾在講鄰居的事情 （都是疫情管理不太成功的國家）。
爲什麽不要講到台灣？爲什麽不要學台灣怎麽成功的？？
我在這影片不會分享自己的意見，不是我的責任，我不是專業的一生。但是我想强調的是台灣做得非常好，我希望法國可以多研究台灣做了什麽，才可以成功！

France is already under the second lockdown to deal with the coronavirus.
In parallel, I have been living in Taiwan, which is in the top countries of the world for their handling of the epidemic. Actually a lot of media recognize Taiwan as being THE most successful country dealing with the epidemic.
For example this news from the Brookings institute saying that Taiwan is the first country in the world in term of success fighting the covid19 based on number of deaths X GDP growth in this period: https://www.taiwannews.com.tw/en/news/4046909
I keep questioning myself: Why are the French media, politicians and scientists not actively talking and studying about the different measures that Taiwan has taken to deal with the epidemic?
In France, we have a very self-centered media that only looks at our own struggle, or sometimes the neighbors, Spain, UK, etc, which don't do very well either.
Why aren't we constantly talking about how Taiwan is dealing with the epidemics? Why aren't we trying to learn something from Taiwan?
In this video, I will not give any particular advice on how to deal with the epidemics, because it is not my area of expertise. I just want to emphasize the fact that Taiwan has been doing extremely well, and I wish France would look into this seriously from now on.

誰說便宜沒好貨？
我跟你們講快去找葡萄牙這個產區出的Loureiro葡萄
這邊是知名的葡萄牙綠酒產區（Vinho Verde）
常常混釀，但我個人喜歡找100% Loureiro的酒～
為什麼叫它綠酒產區
就是因為這邊出產的酒顏色有點偏綠
（對葡萄酒的世界其實蠻白話）
然後這邊因為靠海太潮濕
所以釀酒師傳統做法喜歡提早採收
因此產出的葡萄酒酸度偏高
而為了不要讓酒太檸檬汁
常常會用手法作成微氣泡or微甜
Ok 以上不是重點。
簡單來說就是超級容易入口
有果香花香 然後酒精濃度又低
（我這瓶才11.5% 很多這款酒都在10%左右）
然後也很適合搭超難搭的日式料理
那種怕味道被酒搶過的壽司
不想喝清酒就喝這個～～～
就說了喝酒不需要裝B 硬花大錢買酒
是說還好我老闆看不懂中文不然可能會殺了我說這種話

但，經由TT仔細思考後發現，
是因為男性如果有比較嚴肅或臭臉的表情，
通常會得來比較正面的評價，
例如有威嚴、有權勢的

I'm happy to share the good news that my Facebook colleagues Maximilian Iju Chen, Aidan Hoy, and I have co-authored a 21-pages report on Taiwan election. The paper, titled "Defending Election Integrity in Taiwan", is the first public policy paper we have done for Taiwan, following its 2020 general elections.
There are a lot of learning points for us, as we at Facebook take election integrity very seriously. There are many great Facebook colleagues and partners, including Minister Lo Ping-cheng (who also wrote the foreword for our report), Central Election Commission (中央選舉委員會) and TFC 台灣事實查核中心 behind tremendous efforts to make the Taiwan election a success. Thank you! And I like the report cover very much: "Power to the people" -- That is what democracy is all about.
