我感到很傷心. 被告面對人證物證都有的時候被判無罪還能追討訴訟費用,這是要多強的心態,還有要過多少重心理關口才能做到?
另外就是法官在判決的時候心裡在想什麼? 沒錯法律是要依程序,依步驟,但是當初是人類創造法律,對吧? 現在是法律控制人類,還是人類控制法律? 什麼原因導致法律讓犯法的人逍遙法外 ? 我不知道. 但是我希望受害者能回到正常生活的階段,雖然我知道很難,但是我依然希望.
