昨天國際三條線選了瑞典將孔子學院踢出去的新聞，大家反應超熱烈。

不但很多瑞典的朋友都來提供線索，一位澳洲的朋友還特地私訊來一則講澳洲大學在接受中國政府金援時，在教學上得要遵從北京決策機關的指示。

中共不尊重學術中立我不驚訝，但這位朋友送來這則在去年九月的報導，還強調不要曝光他的身分，不然他在學校裡會遭到麻煩。

我看這訊息一邊看一邊搖頭。

自香港反送中起，許多國家的大學裡都出現強勢捍衛中國的中國留學生，比如撕毀別人的連儂牆，與當地捍衛言論自由的學生發生嚴重衝突的現象。

從孔子學院到現在這些小粉紅，都振振有詞的認為這是為中國好。

是嗎?

就算你拳頭大，聲音大，吵贏了這一回，對方心中的怨怒，你覺得不會反撲嗎?要成為世界超強除了硬實力，還要有軟實力的搭配，你這超強才做得成，做得久。

今天的TODAY看世界，我們就做了孔子學院的爭議。

👉劃重點:校內擁有中國政府金援的學術單位的一些澳洲大學，在契約中表明這些澳洲的大學必須在教學上遵從北京決策機關的指示。
十一份之前尚未揭露的契約是澳洲的大學與中國漢辦一起簽署的。漢辦是總部在北京，負責金援和監督海外的孔子學院。
昆士蘭大學、Griffith大學、La Trobe大學和Charles Darwin大學簽署的契約中都有相同的條款，表明「這些大學必須接受[漢辦]對孔子學院教學品質的評估」。
雖然這些契約字眼中並沒有出現漢辦的上位權威，但相對於其他學校的契約條款，很明顯的交給北京更多的控制權，同時也激起對學院的疑慮。這些學院是中國共產黨全球軟實力的展示之一。

農委會主委陳吉仲說：「行政院蘇院長在早上(4/23)行政院會完後，立即指示我們要依照勞動部條件，讓他適用到整個甲類漁會會員裡面，針對所有有投勞保的甲類漁會會員，他的投保金額是在2萬4，他的所得是在40萬以下，而且要從事漁業活動才可以領取。」

信 ‘洋蔥’ 的陰謀論家會聲言拜登chang警因為公務員部門例如: 警察/情部局/好多時是背後影子政府用來對抗當選人政策的工具.

但拜登當選總統後不是自自然然變成 ‘洋蔥’ 他們希望反的人物嗎? 為何要跟Trump對着幹來維護他們?

根據洋蔥 (深層政府) 兩大重點之一Collusion概念. 所有政治舞台上的競爭也只是一個局.
經濟學比喻: 一個小鎮裡只有兩大超級市場. 表面看似打對台的兩方私下合作, leun手減價可以令其他細一點的商店歇業
touy高雙方貨品價錢, 也能jan多一點大眾市民的錢.
2020年5月世界經濟論壇為能從Covid病毒恢復經濟, 美國英國等多個國家選擇進行: ‘大重置計劃’ The great reset. 更是拜登上任後第一個陰謀. 做法會是: 多邊主義 (國家與國家聯盟)及來加強政府對經濟活動的控制.
根據陰謀: 這是作為創造極權主義 ‘新世界秩序’ 第一步.
‘洋蔥’ mong想成為一個總體系的世界政府.

曾有傳拜登當副總統時, 讓自己兒子Hunter Biden在鳥克蘭一間名Burisma的能源公司當高層. 因為作為律師的Hunter Biden在那行業沒有任何經驗, 這動作引發的陰謀論是Burisma集團只是想得到拜登之後所批准的10億美國政府援助金.
當然最後也沒有證據支持該説法, 所以拜登主控的 ‘深層政府’ 説到洋蔥底, 我們還是不知道是真或是假.

為保障國家安全1981年12月4號成立的 ‘美國情報體糸’ (IC) 包括出名的CIA, FBI情報評估部門,

Talking about our blessed land, its world GDP per capita ranking has been continuously rising and dominating the top of the list over the past few years. We have 15-year free education, well-established healthcare system, social security, and the welfare from the government is extraordinarily perfect compared with other places in the world, it covers every stage of our life: from birth, growth, education, career, medical care, retirement until death. Though Uber is no longer available, we have public transport fare subsidy. We can also share the fruits of its economic development under the Wealth Partaking Scheme annually. In contrast to the turbulent global pattern, this place is unrealistically lovely.

In the first exhibition of Find Art Association in 2018, we are going to introduce two talented young artists – Lin Ge and Fatty Ho. They have been publishing works in various areas through words, illustration, computer graphics and short film etc. Fate brings us together in this exhibition with artworks of “Joy in Misery”, let’s try to observe and explore life in this unrealistic city, and we may question ourselves: are we really happy? It is hard to reveal our true self in our life, fortunately, there is art. I hope this exhibition can inspire more people to care about the world and their surroundings.
