Pick one and challenge your friend❗️

📝These 4 exercises are some I like to put in my clients training program to build rotation powerful movement. It involves the front functional line which means engaging a lot of contralateral limb movements.

To me it might not be the perfect gym exercises. Most of the gym equipment are either fixated for trunk flexion or lower body rotation and easy to use with instructions. While these exercises require different kinds of equipment, and might catch people eyeing you in the gym.

But do we perform pure trunk flexion movement more frequently than combined rotational movement? Especially in racket sports or activities involved with a lot of pivoting motion.

💯 Rotation power is essential in athletes and general fitness enthusiasts alike. So there is certainly no shame in doing these exercises in the gym. -
Once you have harnessed the power of rotational movement exercises, try and feel if any difference made in your sports performance or daily activities !

🤔法國有沒有黑道呢？
「問你一個問題？法國有像山口組、黑手黨這類黑道嗎？」
「應該有吧？ 法國治安近年變這麼壞，你網上找找 Clan 、Mafia France 這些關鍵字就知道..。」
「所以住了N年的你也不確定，那就是說～法國就算有黑道，也不有名、沒什麼氣候組織吧？！」
「欸逗～我們不在這圈子，不清楚。」
「我們也不在黑手黨、山口組，但卻都知道有 😅。」
生活在象牙塔，為了弄清楚法國到底有沒有黑道，這次問了好多人，有法國人也有住二十多年的老巴黎，也上網查了資料，發現原來法國的確沒什麼大型、有階級組織的黑道🤭，比較多的是地方小混混、幫派、社會邊緣滋事份子，法國人並不認為那是黑社會，而稱之為「Crime organisé français （法國犯罪組織）」，這類地區型小幫在十九世紀就存在，尤以南法馬賽、科西嘉島為多，名字通稱為「Milieu 」，1920～1970年代又被稱為「Mitan 」。
（法文的Milieu是「中心」的意思，所以這類組織中文該翻為「中道」、身在江湖就是「Au Milieu 在中央」嗎？）。
練ㄧ下單字，這些犯罪組織「經營的事業」有：
Trafic de stupéfiants 販毒
Trafic d'armes 武器運送
Racket 詐騙
Braquage 結夥搶劫
Cambriolage 偷盜洗劫
Jeux d'argent 賭博
Blanchiment d'argent洗錢 Prostitution經營妓院
Proxénétisme 淫媒拉皮條
Assassinat 暗殺
Extorsion 敲詐勒索
Corruption 賄絡
鄉間花園節來展場買花種，現在身在法國鄉下，因為牛還比人多，治安真的很好，有時睡覺連門窗都沒關，但聽吉爾麵包師說去年隔壁某鎮也曾有吉普賽人在大白天趁居民不在，進民宅洗劫的事情😮，所以也是不能太大意。
PS:最近在Netflix 看了亞蘭德倫1960年於義大利外景拍攝的驚悚犯罪電影「陽光普照 (Plein Soleil）」數位重修版，真的比翻拍版「天才雷普利」還美學、好看吸睛！
