[Definition of FRIENDS in Korea/韓國人對朋友的定義🇰🇷]

前幾天韓國朋友問了我一個有趣的問題
「你在國外碰到台灣人，就算年紀不一樣也可以當朋友嗎😯」
我說:「當然啊!」
心想這是哪裡蹦出來的疑慮，經過她的解釋才知道

👭對韓國人來說，「朋友」只會用來定義跟自己同年紀的人
就算相差一歲也是，這也歸咎於他們的"敬語文化"
遇到年紀比自己大的就不用說了，如果他們遇到了感覺跟自己年紀差不多的人時，除了介紹自己的名字，介紹自己是幾年次也是非常重要的，看看到底誰是前輩誰要用敬語。
在外面我們可能會看到一群韓國人聚在一起，但是大家都是朋友嗎?要問了他們的年紀以後才知道!

或許對他們來說，就算在陌生的國家，跟不同國籍的相處反而比較自在比較容易交朋友。大家都說英文，管你幾歲敬不敬語的。

Few days ago my korean friend asked me
"Can you be friends with other Taiwanese if they are older than you?"
"Of course🤷🏻‍♀️why not?"
In the beginning I thought that was a weird question, but after her explanation...

👭In korea, the definition of "Friend" is only to those who are exactly the same age as oneself, and this is because in Korea, using "Honorific" toward elders is a Must, even if they are just one year older than you.

🤝So in korean greetings, whenever you meet someone new, except for saying your name it is also important
tell your age also.
Whenever you see a group of koreans, are they all friends? You can tell by their age!

Whenever we're in a foreign country, you might be more comfortable staying with ppl who has same nationlity as you, but for koreans it might be a different case. 🤷🏻‍♀️

旅遊要玩得開心絕對要入境隨俗,包括吃飯時間也要調整？

最令我印象深刻的就屬西班牙的用餐時間啦！

早餐: 10 am -12 pm (商店大多10營業)
其實大家就喝杯咖啡牛奶(café con leche)解決或是吃吉拿棒配上一杯熱騰騰濃郁的巧克力(超肥但好享受的一餐啊)～
------十二點時可能再喝杯咖啡

午餐: 2 pm-5 pm
工作到下午兩點後,多數人回家吃中餐在睡午覺(siesta),五點後再回去工作崗位工作～
-----所以大家要有心理準備在西班牙可能下午時段沒有商店營業喔！

晚餐: 8 pm-12 pm
你沒有看錯,多數餐廳是晚上八點才營業,整套餐點吃完絕對超過晚上十點～
----- 好處是晚上夜生活比較熱鬧,很多商店營業到滿晚的！

恬恬的用餐時間定義是早餐8-10am,午餐是11-13pm,晚餐是18-19:30,你們呢？
*今天3/29日光節約時間開始,德國跟台灣只差六個小時囉!

If you wanna be a traveler not a tourist, it's better you adapt to the cultures. Sometime it means that you also need to adjust your meal time.

The most impressive country's meal time would be in Spain!

Breakfast: 10 am - 12 pm (most shops are open from 10am)
Ppl usually drink a cup of milk coffee (café con leche) as their breakfast. Or sometimes eat churros with a cup of rich, delicious hot chocolate.
------ after 12pm, ppl will drink another cup of coffee instead of having lunch.

Lunch: 2 pm - 5 pm
Ppl will work till 2 pm and go back home to have lunch. After lunch, ppl will take a nap (siesta).
----- get prepared that some stores aren't open during this time.

Dinner: 8 pm -12 pm
Most of restaurants open after 8 pm. So it's quite normal that you finish your dinner after 10 pm.
----- a benefit traveling in Spain is that most stores operate till quite late.

For me, my meal time is: breakfast 8-10 am, lunch 11am-1pm, and dinner 18-19:30, what about you?
