但那又怎樣？其實要做出美食，最重要是誠意和心思。以傳統方法做出來的法式洋蔥湯，雖然要花大半天由牛骨開始熬製，但這些在別人眼中極為繁複的步驟，卻是我們喜歡煮食的人最享受的時光!

The secret to making food taste good is with the giving of love and comfort. When it comes to making this authentic French onion soup, you’ll probably have to spend more than half a day to craft the beef stock. However, it is these intricate and time-consuming steps that makes cooking for a loved one so special and worthwhile.

We finally comes to the post introducing BH Cosmetics x Carli Bybel deluxe edition eyeshadow palette!
Who haven’t seen the makeup looks I created using this palette? I’ll put the looks on my stories! Be sure to check them out if you haven’t 🥰
This palette is based on warm tone shades, from red to gold to brown, and a bit purple. The highlighter part has more white and cool tone shades.
To be honest, I’m slightly disappointed with the texture of the eyeshadow. They’re mostly rough when I swatch them on my hands. I’ve only used their brushes before and they were great, so I didn’t expect this at all😂 Well, but I suppose you guys can’t get your hands on it nowadays for it’s not a new product? At least they look great in the photos😝

還有朋友們沒看過之前用這盤發的眼妝貼文嗎？快去限時動態看看！
這盤的顏色主要是暖色調，紅到金到大地色系都有，還有一點紫色！打亮的部分有比較白跟偏冷的顏色！雖然這盤原本的定位應該是包含打亮的眼頰盤，但我還是會把它定位成眼影盤～
粉質比想像中失望，有點粗～但之前也沒有使用過bh 的眼影過，只有用他們家的刷具（刷具覺得不錯👍）現在這盤應該也買不到了？如果是想擁有多色眼影練習的新手可以考慮他們家的眼影，老手不推薦～😢

Saw Naya had an idea of “a makeup topic a week” and I decided to try! This week is about contrasting colors! I use blue with some yellow and orange shades, than add a bit pink! I prefer essence’s blue shades more for the color payoff is better than the revlon ones💕
The best thing for me to have fun with makeup at home is that I can use some bad mascaras that will smudge if I’m going to wear it a day! But I won’t! 🤣🤣

看到娜亞一週一彩妝主題自告奮勇的參加了😳😳來看看我能堅持多久😂這週主題是撞色！用了藍色搭配橘黃色，也加了點粉！（什麼都想來一點的概念😜）
露華濃的單色眼影比較輕透，相比之下我更喜歡艾森斯的濃郁顯色以及裡面的亮片！✨不過都是要使用手指上色才會比較顯色喔！在家化妝就是可以用一些會暈染的內眼線睫毛膏🤣畫完就卸～

【幹嘛浪費這麼多年在學中文呢？畢竟現在大家都會英文！】
前天下午約了我一個美國朋友去喝咖啡，到了咖啡店點飲料的時候，我先開口問店員：
「你們這邊的手沖咖啡有哪些豆子可以選呢？」
店員可能早就觀察我跟朋友說英文，他便用一口流利的英文介紹了每一種手沖咖啡的口感。
回到位子時，朋友問我：
「How long have you been studying Chinese by the way？」
（你學中文多久了呢？）
「Well, I’ve been living in Taiwan for more than three years already and actively learning Chinese ever since.」
（我在台灣已經住了三年多，我一般來這裡我都很積極在學習。）
「Do you know that nowadays Taiwanese all speak pretty well English？Foreigners now don’t really need to speak Chinese to get around. You might just directly talk to them in English whenever you need something.」
（你知道現在台灣的英文都還不錯！在這裡生活的外國人不太需要會說中文。只要你需要幫忙的時候，你就可以直接用英文問就好了。）
我聽他說完的當下，很想要反駁他，跟他說在國外生活，應該要學當地的語言，才能深入了解這個地方。身為來自多語言環境的瑞士，也從小也被教導，不要理所當然的覺得 「對方就是應該要會講我的語言」。這種自大態度，會在無形中使人與人之間的關係有個上對下的感覺，感覺不太尊重對方。
但是，我當下卻沒有任何反應。因為以他的角度來說，我的確也無法反駁。他說的也沒錯，在台灣生活的外國人的確完全不需要中文，平常遇到問題總是會有熱情的台灣人幫忙。其實這種生活是非常舒服的，所以到底為什麼還要浪費這麼多時間在學習 「實用性不高的語言」呢？
國慶連假第一天我跟著朋友們一起出去走走，在出遊時又認識了一些新朋友。其中認識了一位很熱情的朋友，知道我是法文老師，對方很驚訝的表示：
「台灣人會想學法文嗎？為什麼？」
突然又感受到了像前天一樣的情緒，很想要跟他解釋，法文是全世界最美的語言，現在有三億人在說法文，五個大州都有說法文的人口，共29個國家。而這也是了解料理、時尚、紅酒、藝術、舞蹈、電影等很重要的一個管道。不過我那個當下我又當機了，只是尷尬的笑了一聲。在不會一個語言的時候，就會覺得反正我過得很好啊，不會意識到學會了這個語言，不只是會了一個溝通的工具，但也「充實了我的人生」。
學會了中文並沒有浪費我很多學習的時間，反而幫我打開了視野，徹底改變了我在台灣跟人互動的方式。不會中文確實可以在台灣生活的很舒服，我並不否認這件事。但是這幾年的學習讓我有個「在台灣生活」變成 「深入感受台灣」的體驗。
我推廣的法文教學時也有這個精神。教學不只是要幫助我的學生使用在工作或考試方面，而是希望他們「徹底體驗法文」讓他們心裡，思想和氣質都有可以法化。
現在也要感謝有網路的發明，讓我不只能跟台北學生互動並教法文，還能讓我透過這個平台，跟全台灣、香港、馬來西亞還有其它地方的朋友們交流。最近也開始了一個線上課程，給那些無法直接到現場的朋友們學會習法文正音、日常對話，了解我們的文化還有最重要的是，讓我們一起變成「 杰友」。早鳥優惠也快要結束了！歡迎大家踏上我們這次法文旅程 ❤️
