Harold was smoking a pipe and feeling that the world was a pretty good place. - The Stymphalean Birds, The Labours of Hercules, Agatha Christie . 那天看小說的時候看到這篇故事的開頭， 是這位先生就坐在一個不是太有名的的小旅館陽台上， 面對著湖， 享受著眼前的風景， 和那片刻確實落印在心裡的閒適。 . 真心地享受這樣平淡的， 安靜的休假。 . 後來的故事和偵探白羅有關， 也因此閒適安定沒有超過三頁。故事主角到最後怎樣？ 就讓大家自己去看書研究吧。 . 看到這段，我確實也希望能有那個機會可以享受一片安靜。超想每天都按鈴來個客房服務 ！！ 可惜我就是 " 媽媽旅館 " 的掌櫃 (日本稱作女將是吧？！) ， 凡事都要自己來。 . 咦， 其實做媽九年以來， 我的母親節禮物一直都只是想要 " 好好坐著吃頓別人準備的飯 " 這樣如此平凡的事情。不知道各位又是怎樣的呢？ . . 前面那篇說到吃的， 今天也要來跟大家分享生活中的一些平凡又日常， 卻讓人感到很踏實開心， 都和食物有關的事。 . ❷ 最喜歡別人送來自製的醬。這是公婆家的管家自製的熊蔥青醬， 三月底四月初才有的鮮嫩熊蔥， 有著濃厚的蔥味， 很像大蒜， 又不會有可怕的口臭。像普通青醬那樣製作就可。今年我沒有去採收製作 (野地即可採收)， 倒是收到別人寄來的， 真的是也太幸福。 . 熊蔥 Bärlauch ， 唸： 貝爾勞喝。 . ▲ 注意 ▲ 森林中也有和它長得非常類似但有毒的植物， 一樣是春季盛產， 如果不確定絕對不要自己採收。 . ❸❹我們樓上的陽台雖然有個看起來像牢房般的欄杆， 能夠看到日落和山景還是我們的日常幸福。我和先生都很喜歡山， 尤其我小時候是在冬山長大的， 非常習慣每天看到山的模樣。現在的小鎮就只有這座死火山， 以及附近一些小型的火山群， 或許沒有阿爾卑斯山那樣偉大壯麗， 卻也是一種很安心的依靠。 . 天氣終於回暖的時候為了解決冰箱那包最後的起司， 先生提議在頂樓搭配日落吃起司鍋。一大碗的麵包有一半都被小孩吃掉了， 而且天氣真的很熱， 正常來說都是冬天才吃的， 我們卻穿著短袖短褲在吃麵包搭配融化的起司。這一定跟德國人會在大熱天烤肉一樣詭異。 . 起司鍋 Käsefondue， 唸: K 這瘋丟 (類似 "丟丟噹" 那條歌的發音)。 . (不要告訴我你不知道這什麼歌 ......) . . ❺❻❼ 學校三年級有營養課， 小孩學習拿刀切菜， 準備簡易早餐， 義麵沙拉， 和甜點。理論和實作都有考試。於是她想練習的時候我也讓她全程自己來， 頂多替她準備一些器材。這樣， 我有沙拉可吃 (早餐) (然後還因為對生紅蘿蔔過敏必須吃到一半先去吞一顆藥)， 有切得很漂亮的西洋梨 (一樣有過敏) 當甜點。 . 回想當初國中的時候和朋友一起想要下廚煮炒飯， 結果用玉米濃湯下去做配料， 還一直懷疑為什麼這個飯這麼黏 ……… 從此不敢再嘗試任何一道菜色， 直到我進入大學。不是我要騙人， 在台灣要下廚我大概只會煮水餃而已 (面壁思過)。 . 或許有朝一日女兒能夠煮出個什麼台菜來給我 (有夢最美)。 . 梨子 Birne ， 唸： 別兒呢。(超傲嬌) 麵沙拉 Nudelnsalat ， 唸： 奴瞪沙拉 (是有啥怨念) . . ❽❾ 這是什麼奇妙的菜？ 這個紅椒是婆婆從附近的農場買來給我們的。讓我想到巫婆的鞋子呢！！！ 先生倒是覺得很像小嬰兒 (！！！) 各位覺得像是甚麼呢？！ . 這紅椒很甜， 比平常的鐘狀紅椒還要甜， 而且很脆。雖然看起來很妙， 生吃或者煮成醬都很適合。一開始我們對它身上的咖啡深色斑紋不解， 一直以為是發霉壞掉的。後來才知道這是正常的 ！！！ 標準的不經一事不長一智。 . 德國的椒類食物很多耶！ 我最喜歡小青椒， 很辣而且只要胡椒鹽下去烤過就變得超配酒的， 絕對一口接一口 (大拇哥)。可是小青椒不好買， 我在平常超市都只有看到甜的那種。 . 椒 Paprika ， 這個唸法完全沒有挑戰性， 照唸就可。配合各種顏色來命名， 就跟中文一樣。辣椒則是叫做 Chili ， 注意只有一個 L 唷！ 胡椒則是 Pfeffer ， P 極度輕到不發音的程度。 . . 以上， 就是一些日常的小小 moment 。 . 祝大家每天吃得開開心心 💕 . . #日常 #主婦日常 #vienna #viennamoments #housewifedaily #德文小教室
