    睽違七個月沒來台北！這次也是新醬人生第一次到台北玩！為了什麼？就是為了跟 街頭路跑 一起參加這場超特別的『AVEDA地球月 | 淨街慢跑Plogging』活動！🌍 瑞典文「撿拾 plocka」+ 英文「慢跑 jogging」= Plogging『淨街慢跑』。
    
    其實台北東區一直給人還算蠻乾淨的印象，但沒想到在這次跑5KM的過程中我們居然撿到不少垃圾⋯有大量的煙蒂、吸管塑膠套、發票（還有沒對過的！）⋯我甚至撿到了一個沒吃完的便當！就藏在公園的樹叢中！😅 另外我們也撿到不少提神飲料的空罐⋯台北人真的很累啊～ 😂
    
    說實在的，環保真的是舉手之勞，我習慣隨身攜帶小袋子，將外出時製造的垃圾裝進去，等到有垃圾桶時再丟棄；但減少垃圾量更重要！例如自備環保杯買咖啡、自備環保吸管⋯希望這種『為地球著想』的觀念能傳遞給我的孩子，愛地球就是愛下一代。
    
    這次參加『AVEDA地球月 | 淨街慢跑Plogging』不但見到許多好朋友、跑到了步、還為地球盡了份心力⋯這實在是太有意義了！套句 #街頭路跑 胡杰的口頭禪：「這真是太酷了～」大家也來試試看這種不一樣的路跑方式吧！
