abdominal aorta

The abdominal aorta is approximately 13 cm in length. It begins at the aortic
hiatus in the diaphragm at the level of the T12 vertebra and ends at the
level of the L4 vertebra by dividing into the right and left common iliac
arteries. The level of the aortic bifurcation is 2-3 cm inferior and to
the left of the umbilicus at the level of the iliac crests. The common iliac
arteries diverge and run inferolaterally, following the medial border of the
psoas muscles to the pelvic brim.

It passes downward on the anterior surface of the bodies of vertebrae LI to
LIV, ending just to the left of midline at the lower level of vertebra LIV.
At this point, it divides into the right and left common iliac arteries. This
bifurcation can be visualized on the anterior abdominal wall as a point
approximately 2.5 cm below the umbilicus or even with a line extending
between the highest points of the iliac crest.

D選項intercrestal plane也沒明指是iliac crest最高點的連線
所以b選項應該也可以給分吧

我怎麼記得考古題有考過這題，答案就是b，但我找不到是哪次考試。
