呢幾日收到超過500個讀者嘅投稿,內容都係異口同聲控訴自己公司嘅管理層對佢哋幾體貼幾有人性。節錄幾篇,因為要保障返當事人,以下內容會作出一定程度的修改。
1. “Please pay attention to the traffic situation in the morning and reserve more time to go to work. Early traffic might be better, you may be allowed to leave early if you start work early. 經過今個禮拜之後,係咪突然間睇到人情冷暖、公司係藍定黃、老板係人定係鬼?
I hate to say it, but we are all parts of the Gear. 我哋只不過係一粒齒輪、一粒螺絲,係隨時可以被更換同埋被取代。外資企業有制度有文化,絕對唔容許下屬因為政治或者私人原因去影響公司嘅運作;中資企業更加唔使講,每逢大型運動當日,都會叫同事打卡返工或者開大會去點人頭,有啲公司HR Department仲會有一個“Watch List”,監控比較「不合群」嘅同事。呢個時勢搵個良心好老闆真係好難。香港人而家除咗煩自己、煩屋企、煩無理取鬧嘅伴侶、煩Loan、仲要擔心出街吸毒氣、警察暴力之外,仲要煩唔知道幾時會因為政治原因或者經濟走向俾公司炒。我哋始終係一粒螺絲,你老闆可能好攬好器重你,但係你老闆嘅老闆嘅老闆呢?出年經濟同埋就業市場咁差,總部一句話Cut Cost、Freeze Headcount、凍薪、裁員,你覺得係你走先定係你老闆走先?面對呢個社會我哋唔應該溫水煮蛙,面對自己份工作更加唔應該係咁樣,要時刻裝備自己。
由八月份開始,做咗超過百零個Career Coaching,當初做Career Coaching嘅原因除咗係因為香港冇呢種服務之外,仲想用我嘅經驗去回饋社會,幫助更加多有需要嘅人(講真,你見獵頭,佢哋真係冇乜時間同心機去教你點樣見工同埋寫履歷表,就算相熟嘅都係咁樣話。)無論收費同不收費,我都盡量做到超時,一般會做70-80分鐘,甚至個半鐘頭。通常我第一句都會問求職者:「你今日想拎啲咩走?」令我震驚嘅係,超過九成嘅人都會同我講以下呢番說話:
「可以拎啲咩走吖?我好想走,但係唔啦,做生不如做熟,我咁嘅年紀同埋經驗,出去點會搵到工。」
「依家公司老闆對我唔錯,雖然佢係藍,但係出邊搵工好麻煩,同埋我都好耐冇見工,唔知道點樣去面試。」
「我好似好Jumpy,學歷又唔夠好,都係穩穩陣陣算啦。」
「我份CV成Pat屎咁樣,應該都唔得㗎啦!」
「太耐冇見工,真係唔知道點樣去見工同埋表達自己,自己講嘢講到一嚿嚿。」
我心諗,咁你又比錢同我見面嘅?
冇人天生就係一個A grade Candidate,都係透過成功及失敗嘅經驗同埋時間去累積自己嘅Achievements及工作經驗。
你缺乏一樣嘢,你咪做啲嘢去加強囉。修讀一個課程,對自己有自信少少,抽半日時間係屋企整理一下自己嘅履歷表,甚至搵我做Career Coaching都好,Do something!天下無不勞而獲嘅事,就算你唔搵工係工搵你,你都要俾人知道你嘅存在,你都要改你自己嘅LinkedIn,等潛在僱主或者獵頭可以搵到你。記得我當初啱啱入行嘅時候我個性比較內向,怕羞甚至係慢熱。我一開始打電話甚至見Candidate嘅時候我都盡量揀一啲比較嘈吵嘅環境打電話或者放工後去見,因為唔想俾人聽到我把聲或者俾人知道我點樣去同人傾計。有陣時甚至用手提電話落樓打電話俾Candidate,因為好驚當時的上司話我做得唔好。但係有一日我突然間開竅,心諗冇理由做獵頭做到咁樣,我開始瘋狂打電話,甚至一個星期見大約20個Candidates,慢慢建立返自信同埋技巧。
「我們並不是因為自己不夠好而感到害怕。
而是因為我們無法知道自己到底有多大的本事才感到害怕。我們問自己:『我就是那個天賦異稟、絕頂聰明的人嗎?』
事實上,有什麼你做不到的呢?
