回歸到設計本業 (不知道自己要不務正業多久😂
某一天靈感在半夜來敲門
就這樣排版排到天亮
但是我的心裡有了從未有過的踏實感
說了好幾年關於設計商品的事
這件事比紙上旅行早了好幾年
在心中想了千百回 但也沒想過它會有完成的一天
或許這只是一個開端
但總是..萬事起頭難

Finally, I’m back to design industry. Having a Bachelor degree from UOB should do something haha! There was a midnight, the idea came into my head and I sit in front of the desk until the sun raised, and I was so happy that my designs are on the way. Speaking about design my own products, I have to through back years ago, even earlier than my brand: Traveling on paper. I thought about it for many times and never thought of I will actually achieve it one day! Thank you for all the kind and warm encouragement after I launched the collection! 今年的 #紐約大都會台灣日 不只台味濃濃，更有一種感謝的味道。

Mets Taiwan Day/ 紐約大都會台灣日數個小時前在地球的另一端盛大舉行，已經舉辦16屆的這個活動是大聯盟球隊中規模最大的台灣文化慶典， 蔡英文 Tsai Ing-wen總統特別穿上「Taiwan No.1」球衣錄製影片，以神秘嘉賓的身分與 蕭美琴 Bi-khim Hsiao大使同框，跨海現身球場大螢幕致詞，並介紹台灣的奧運選手！

這是我國駐美大使 #第一次獲大都會隊邀請開球，意義非凡，場內許多觀眾身穿與總統相同的球衣，氣氛熱烈！場外則有 #電音三太子、#官將首 等台灣傳統民俗技藝表演，現場宛如台灣廟會般的熱鬧。

為了感謝美國在疫情升溫之際捐贈台灣250萬劑疫苗，外交部特別以棒球為核心概念製作影片感謝美國協助。台美共享自由、民主人權的價值，兩國友誼將更加堅定。

#真朋友真進展

This year’s #MetsTaiwanDay felt almost like #Thanksgiving, although we didn’t see any turkeys and it was Taiwan’s President Tsai Ing-wen sporting a “Taiwan No. 1” jersey on the big screen giving thanks to the US for their donation of 2.5 million vaccines! She also took the opportunity to introduce Taiwan's Olympic team.

Ambassador Hsiao Bi-khim took to the field to throw the first pitch, the first to be thrown for the Mets by a Taiwan representative to the US! The atmosphere was electric inside the stadium, while outside the Third Lotus Prince was bringing some Taiwanese electro to fans!

近年最精彩，得到跨黨起身擊掌致敬嘅下議院演說

英國下議院今日召開休假期間特別會議，跨黨為阿富汗亂亂局圍咬首相肥波嘅機會，亦係疫情之開始之後，首次全體議員出席嘅一次。

保守黨自己友响七個鐘嘅質詢裡面，可以話比最大在野黨工黨，或者任何黨派議員批評得更激烈。當中，外交委員會主席Tom Tugendhat嘅演說就得到全體跨議員起身鼓掌致敬，然後不論左中右媒體詳細報導分享，可能係近年，甚至將來最精采嘅演說之一，因為有齊晒動之而情，曉之以理，導之以行，勉之以恆，表達失望同憤怒嘅同時，可以保持英式嘅內斂，批評拜登之餘亦有策略同下一步應做嘅事。學英文或者演講一流！

Lately topic of 疫苗 has been spreading all across the internet. 打or 不打: that is the question.

Whilst doing research I found a particular topic that was very interesting and I want to talk about it.

黑人社區非常dam心疫苗. 來自一個在網上fung cheun的解釋.

在usa racism and racial divide (分化) is a very strong debated topic.

Earlier because of a black man being Murdered in broad daylight it sparked ‘yuw行’ in many USA states.

如今related to 疫苗 so many conspiracy theories appeared. 美國的黑人community甚至西班牙community have conspiracy theories 出來, saying their 人種 is being used for 疫苗實yim.

This has two main supporting points (論點支持)
美國疫苗由一樣叫mRNA的遺傳物質jo sing. So it’s has been rumored to change the dna of certain races. 但最近 it’s been proven that unlike DNA, mRNA is single stranded 單鏈型狀細胞while DNA is double stranded 雙鏈型狀細胞. So it’s very difficult for mRNA to enter the DNA 核子. So it can’t actually change the dna.
the second point has been brought up not only by 黑人社區, it is but one of the biggest conspiracies related to 疫苗. Or even the one of the biggest conspiracy theories in the world. It is that theirs microchip (晶片) inside the 疫苗, is用來跟踪我們人類的行jung. And ‘mok後黑手’ is bill gates... as he wants to enslave humanity.

Actually I feel the root of this fear in regards to 黑人and 疫苗來自 lik si上這個美國不能說的秘密.


-1932年USA government進行一個叫Tuskegee study 一樣東西. In 阿拉巴馬州 found有Syphilis 梅毒傳染beng的一堆黑人男子.

They were lied to by the government that they were receiving ‘meen fuy yi liw’ but they were actually not.
The experiment was to see if 梅毒惡化differently in white people as compared to black people.

This is 建基於相信black people and white people biologically is different. Or that black people is 不及white people的.

Though those black men after were never treated, 1943年even though invented 能對抗梅毒的yuek, it was never given to those black 男子. 甚至之後they went on to cheun yim their wives and children.

Although ‘黑lik si’ is something difficult to change, something can be done now.

-During the ‘yik ching ‘ 美國黑人社區被影響得最深.

因為they are low income人士and also being the air quality they inhabit is comparatively worst than other 社區.

But at the end of the day if more precautions were done by the government in ensuring a better healthcare, no matter what the past is,,, confidence 信心can be built here and now. With our actions here and now.

材料：
無骨豬扒1斤（切厚件）
番茄4個
洋葱1個
甘筍 1條
芝士1碗
飯4碗
茄膏2湯匙
薑汁1湯匙
雞蛋6隻
白酒、胡椒粉、鹽、糖、生粉、豉油適量

做法：
1.豬扒洗乾淨，加入薑汁、胡椒粉、鹽、糖、生粉、白酒調味
2.番茄、洋葱切塊
3.先煎香豬扒至熟
4.燒紅鑊，加油先爆香洋葱、甘筍，再加入番茄、茄膏，加水煮軟
5.加少許鹽、糖調味
6.燒紅鑊，加油炒蛋至半熟
7.加入白飯炒勻
8.炒香後從鑊邊灒入豉油或鮮醬油
9.放入可以烤焗的深盤或碟
10煎好的豬扒切片，排在炒飯上面
11.淋上煮好的番茄、洋葱汁，撒上芝士
12.放入預熱180℃的烤箱20分鐘

Ingredients:
Pork chop without bones 1 Catty (Cut into thick pieces)
Tomatoes 4 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Cheese 1 bowl
Steamed rice 4 bowl
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Eggs 6 pcs
Cooking rice wine Some
White pepper Some
Salt Some
Sugar Some
Corn starch Some
Soy sauce Some

Steps:
1. Clean pork chop, and add ginger, white pepper, salt, sugar, corn starch, and rice wine to marinate. Mix well.
2. Cut tomatoes and onions into bite-size pieces.
3. Stir-fry pork chop until cooked.
4. Heat a pan with oil, stir-fry onions and carrots briefly, and then add tomatoes, tomato paste, and water to cook until tender.
5. Add a little bit salt and sugar to taste.
6. In another pan, heat pan with oil, scramble eggs until half cooked.
7. Add steamed rice to stir-fry.
8. Add soy sauce to the side of the pan and stir-fry with the rice.
9. Transfer fried rice from pan to a deep dish or plate that can be used in the oven.
10. Cut pork chop into pieces, place them on top of the fried rice.
11. Add the tomato, onion sauce cooked earlier to the pork, add cheese on top.
12. Preheat oven to 180℃ and bake the prepared dish for 20 minutes.

啊暗在想著性被帶到一些工廠背後一達地方. 調查後發現tit門上有 ‘just shoot it!’ 3個英文字. 可能這個地方不是尋找性的一個地方. 也許是帶人來 “just shoot it” 的一個地方.

下一個神奇地啊暗想著食物後, 就帶了他去到平時喜歡食的Five guys burger的那一個soing cheung. 不是確切地點, 但啊暗實在太肚餓.

iPhone等Apple產品有都市傳聞說會偷聽用戶的對話. 我第一個地點是有講過 ‘找朋友’ 這句說話, 之後也有講過 “找東西吃” 這句說話, 但我整程車根本沒有講過’five guys burger’ 這個地方名字. Randonautica會不會kuy用你部iPhone的Google map偷看我平時到開車到達最多的chan teng呢? 電話整天都跟身, 10足10跟jung器.

(Food was just food. Went to five guys and got some food. Even though it wasn’t directly at the place. It’s usually where I buy my food anyways.)

Randonautica創辦人表示app根據Fatum project去geen jo. Fatum project原本的用意研究我們每一個人以外有可能jook poong到的reality. 根據我們每一個人的lo chup, jap gwan, 人生ging lik, 條件及外在因素我們在生ming會到達的地方永遠ley不開那幾個.
