被傻傻的青蛙萌到，也被老是穿著黃色雨衣的鴨子萌到。讀這本書，從頭到尾都被萌得暈陶陶。

我先看到德文翻譯版的《Mit Dir Ist Sogar Regen Schön》（右圖，直譯：和你在一起，雨天也很美），再去查到原版英文版是《The Duck Who Didn't Like Water》（左圖，直譯：不喜歡水的鴨子），書名很不同，原版將焦點放在主角鴨子鮮明的好惡，對讀者來說，是翻開這本書比較直接且最初的印象；德文版的書名也不是過度浮誇的那種，反而將這本書的核心意旨恰到好處的譯出。

討厭弄濕自己的鴨子，到哪兒都穿著雨衣、帶著傘，偏偏在暴風雨的夜裡，屋頂破了個洞，雨水都漏進屋裡，不過，迷路暫住的青蛙倒是很享受（可見其中一張圖）。若你實際讀這本書，很容易就能猜到故事的發展，因此我就不多說了。兩個萌萌的角色，真是讓我愛極了這個作品，而且，他們最後一起享受「屋漏欣有連夜雨」的畫面，真好真好。

繪本翻譯真的比我少時想像的更不容易，書名往往是最後一個關卡，有時還是大魔王。這本萌鴨萌蛙繪本的書名，讓我想起自己曾翻譯的另一本繪本，從琢磨書名到最終決定的過程也很類似。原文是Daddy Frog and the Moon（直譯：青蛙爸爸和月亮），直譯也可以，很安全，但有點平淡，總覺得可惜了故事的深情，最後用了《我想為你摘月亮》（步步出版），這個書名把青蛙爸爸的心情以及故事最後的高潮串起來，還好當時編輯也喜歡，也收到不少讀者正面的感受。真是萬幸，好佳哉！

我的立場一向很簡單啦，郭台銘這一役用民間力量衝撞東省西省，甚麼都只買兩百萬劑，還厚著臉皮參加covax跟窮國搶疫苗的的我國政府，逼得他們一定得要在堅持國產疫苗讓全國人體實驗上讓步，光這一點我就覺得很感謝。

但問題就是，主導這整件事情的府方人士，又要爭功，又要諉過，連續透過各種關係試圖修改人民對這整件事情的記憶，搞到好像變成都是總統府，都是蔡英文深謀遠慮才讓這些bnt疫苗可以成行，但我知道的就不是這樣啊!民間要救命，結果政府實質上各種拖延，你不能又要拖延，又要收割，又要把自己掏錢捐贈五百萬劑的郭台銘踢到一邊去啊，你今天可以這樣對待郭台銘，之後你會怎麼樣對付慈濟?人命關天，民調難道比人命重要，比真相重要嗎?

這件事我不能接受，一般人也不能接受，因為太噁心了。不信真理喚不回，不容青史竟成灰；沒想到才不到一個月我就可以看到青史成灰的系統性焚燒術，好厲害啊!

其中風傳媒那篇還把郭台銘描述成動輒生氣的狂派，於是我查證了一下，本次捐贈疫苗的知情人士表示【並非事實】。而且我可以用這三篇連續的大內宣來證明這是我國政府系統性為之的作法，

【TAIPEI, July 2 (Reuters) - Terry Gou, the billionaire founder of Taiwan's Foxconn (2317.TW), along with TSMC (2330.TW) reached initial agreements to each buy 5 million doses each of BioNTech SE's (22UAy.DE) COVID-19 vaccine on Friday, three sources with knowledge of the situation told Reuters.】路透社的這篇更妙了，內文引述的三個消息來源都是台灣，本文記者寫得很持平，而且還特別列出來查證的結果，上海復星拒絕評論，BioNtech拒絕評論，德國政府外交部拒絕評論。也就是台灣這三個消息來源放話的結果，對方通通都不願意證實。裡面還有一段特別有趣，【Another source said the German government, which has said it was trying to help Taiwan obtain the BioNTech vaccines, had been trying to speed up the talks.
"The German government doesn't want to leave the impression that they didn't sell vaccines to Taiwan due to the Chinese pressure, so it has been pushing the company to speed up its talks with Taiwan," the source said, referring to BioNTech.

啊這不就外交部自吹自擂的口吻，說德國政府有讓BNT加速跟台灣的談判。如果這是外交運作，可以為了搶功拿出來講嗎?如果不是為了搶功，以後德國政府是不是會被指責說只幫台灣不幫世界其他國家嗎?更別提這個放話獲得的德國外交部回應是，不予回應。更重要的是，德國駐台代表德國在台協會處長王子陶（Thomas Prinz）博士六月三號就說過了【我們注意到近來關於疫苗取得的爭議。請相信，德國政府，特別是聯邦經濟部部長Altmaier本人，對於台灣與BioNTech間持續的溝通協調，盡了好一番努力。然而，契約簽訂與否與條件，並非在政府的掌控下，而是取決於契約雙方。倘若契約雙方能夠達成共識，聯邦政府自然樂見其成。】這跟台灣放話德國政府介入談判差別是不是很大?
結果咧，郭台銘今天早上自己發布聲明特別強調，【路透引述知情人士報導指出，鴻海創辦人郭台銘、台積電與BNT代理商上海復星簽署購買疫苗的初步協議。郭台銘4日回應，轉載國際媒體無法證實的消息來源，可能妨害台灣取得疫苗的時程，呼籲勿臆測BNT疫苗採購進度，要大家別上當了!】

都想買疫苗，但台積電鴨子滑水，郭台銘則展現老虎軍團非贏不可的氣勢。一直到6月16日，BNT回信件給郭台銘，明白地講只會賣疫苗給政府，不會賣給政府以外的其他團體；又傳出德國BNT無意跟郭台銘談，又氣又急的郭董，幾乎以「逼宮」的方式叫陣要面見蔡英文。
據指出，蔡政府評估，防疫緊張關頭，必須穩住發怒的郭老虎，他們想到也表達要買疫苗，且早已全世界探詢的台積電。】

風傳媒的這篇尤其奇妙，把整個過程講的好像記者躲在總統府會議桌下，還描述整個會議很多地方用英文進行，是英文補習班廣告嗎?因為內文實在太扯，根據我直接查證當天在現場人士的結果，本次捐贈疫苗的知情人士表示【並非事實】，嘻嘻。

而且風傳媒的內文是這樣寫的，【知情人士表示，台積電進場最大的幫助有2個層面：第一，台積電確實在國際產業上有很高地位、公信力強；第二，台積電長期與各國做的是「高階商務談判」，非常清楚各國法規、法律工程該怎麼處理。
該人士表示，在買BNT上，台積電幫很大的忙，最主要的是包括整個談判法律架構，怎麼樣讓它從原先會受到「各種干擾」，調整出一個可行方案，讓想代政府去買的單位，如鴻海、慈濟去接洽的時候有本可循。】問題是你現在捧台積電捧上天，但之前陳時中和食藥署說的都是沒有原廠授權書就是不行，還要八大文件，怎麼這裡就不再提甚麼八大文件原廠授權書，忽然之間變成台積電很厲害很會處理了?那之前指揮中心在幹嘛?我國政府在幹嘛?中華民國政府沒有很高地位、沒有公信力嗎?；第二，中華民國政府不清楚各國法規、不清楚法律工程嗎?

前後標準不一，明明就是被民意逼著要低頭，現在還想救民調，人民的性命到底在你們眼中算甚麼啊?
