懷念美國健美運動員 John Meadows (影片附上中文字幕)

自從在大學看過他的影片之後，被他訓練的哲學影響，慢慢改變自己訓練的方式

從大重量，慢慢改為把每一個動作的時間拉長，不追求重量，把每一塊肌肉的維度練出來

背肌曾經是我最愛練的部位，漸漸對健身房的器械式運動感覺單調，便在網路上尋找其他訓練背肌的方式

在這時候，我學會了Meadow Row

用槓鈴訓練，不外乎是划船，或當作地雷管做T bar，John Meadow卻想了另一個方式，把地雷管換成單邊訓練
 這動作還以他的名字命名，稱為meadow row，我個人會搭上啞鈴划船做compound set，增加中下背刺激，還能訓練抗旋轉穩定性 如果大家對John Meadows的影片有興趣，可以到他的YT觀看。這影片取自他的頻道 mountaindog1 John Meadows 在美國時間禮拜二由他家人公佈他的死訊，主要原因是肺恮塞，終年49歲 .

Here is Landmine Rotational Single Arm Double Split Jerk, let me explain:

1️⃣ Start from athletic stance 
2️⃣ Clean with one arm
3️⃣ Catch while body turns 90º to the bar
3️⃣ Perform split jerk
4️⃣ Catch at athletic stance
5️⃣ Perform split jerk again

- 這運動是「 地雷管旋轉單手分腿挺舉」，名字有點長，我來解釋怎麼做:

1️⃣ 預備姿勢身體微蹲
2️⃣ 單手把槓鈴抓起來
3️⃣ 換手接槓 身邊往槓鈴方向轉90度
3️⃣ 分腿姿勢做挺舉
4️⃣ 雙腳平行接槓
5️⃣ 再分腿姿勢做挺舉

Confusing words (1)-economic vs economical 兩個字都係adjectives, 兩個字中文都解「經濟的」，個分別喺邊呢？ Economic指”relating to trade, industry, and money”，例如”economic forum”(經濟論壇), “economic policy”(經濟政策), “economic state” (經濟情況)。 - 而economical呢個字你哋可能少用啲，佢指”not using a lot of fuel, money, etc.”, ，講啲嘢經濟實惠，例如There's increasing demand for cars that are more economical on fuel.(我哋需要更多節省燃料嘅車。)，留意返如果我哋想講喺某一個area經濟實惠，我哋跟”on”。又例如She's very economical with the wrapping paper, isn't she?
