    Rocket, Chia Sprout , Avocado, Mozarella & Pomegranate Salad with Balsamic Dressing.

    Ingredients:
    Chia Sprout (自己种的，很容易种呢)
    Rocket leaves
    Avocado
    Mini Mozarella balls
    Pomegranate
    Roasted pecans

    Dressing
    Extra virgin olive oil
    Balsamic vinegar

    Pepper

    *chia sprout是我自己无意中发现能种植的，而且营养非常好呢， 顺便附上我收割Chia sprout的影片吧!
