換個方式對自己說話吧。
我目前讀的課程有包括是商業管理、金融等等,跟我以前所學大相逕庭,對我而言挑戰性很高,今天在唸書時,念到金融術語的部分,我開始雙眼渙散,此時我聽到腦中一個小小的聲音對自己說:我就是最不擅長這類的東西,我立刻發現了這樣的想法,然後我就搖搖頭、拍了手(立刻把自己帶出當下情境)很大力的那種,重新對自己說:「我很ㄎㄧㄠˋ,一定有辦法把這東西搞懂。」 很多人應該都有經歷過,別人對你說:「你不行啦!你又不在行!」或者更多時候是自己對自己設限說著:「我做不到。」 這些都是過去式,而且是nonsense。
現在,可以做一個小實驗,只要有任何否定自己的想法在腦中出現,換個方式對自己說話,例如:「哇塞我太漂亮了吧!我超有自信的好嗎!我很有價值!我做得到!我超ㄎㄧㄠˋ超聰明的一定能搞懂。」等等。
心態的轉換可以改變你的外在行為,上次在某個地方讀到一段話:「我們花太多時間去改變外在世界,還急於看到成效。但事實上是,要改變外在世界,要先從改變內在開始。」 好,最後,跟我一起說:「我超讚的好嗎!我啥都做得到!」 ————————————————————————— Going back to school and studying a brand new major means that I have a lot to take in when I’m studying, and It’s very challenging. When it came to a time that I looked at the content and go blank, and thinking to myself ‘what the heck is that’, I heard a little voice inside of my head saying man this is too hard for me. And I was aware of this immediately. Of this limiting belief. So I changed my thought from ‘I can’t do this’ to ‘girl I’m freaking intelligent and smart and diligent so I can figure it out’. It’s the change of the mindset.
Have you ever been told that, you’re not good at this, you shouldn’t be doing that? Or sometimes it’s just you telling yourself all these nonsense.
Now, whenever this happens in your head, or from other people’s mouth, do yourself a favor and tell a different story to yourself. Such as’I got this, EZPZ, I’m capable of anything, damn I have super power, I’m a powerful manifestor, I’m intelligent human being, I’m enough, I deserve to be loved.’something like that.
A change of mindset and change the external world. Whenever you want to change the external, start from the internal.
