今天要介紹的秘境是『中溝瀑布』
位於富里鄉和成功鎮的交界處，為海岸山脈最高的後峰
因此造就了許許多多的狀觀瀑布
中溝瀑布是這些瀑布群中最方便接近的
步道可直接抵達瀑布底部，所有的水氣都會一次的撒在身上，清涼沁心
中溝瀑布位於海岸山脈最高的後峰
當虌溪支流中溝穿越都鑾山層和蕃薯寮層交界附近
因砂頁岩岩性軟硬差異，形成了高低落差極大的中溝瀑布
與羅山瀑布同樣分為上下兩層，下層因岩石分隔形成大小兩條瀑布
最後匯聚成中溝流入虌溪。中溝瀑布屬於秘境
相較於豐南村其他瀑布，因有小徑可達
所以算是一般遊客有機會到達的瀑布
雖然小徑不太好走，但沿途偶有農家
且可走到瀑布下方，值得一遊。
因為途中農家被封住了
感覺會放狗咬人
所以大家要去
只能溯溪而上
路程大約半小時就可以到了
岔路口也有一個咒怨瀑布
想去的人也可以順路上去探勘
沿途都有稻田
可以聞著稻香探險試探非常棒的旅程
『中溝瀑布』怎麼去：
座標:（23°14'02.1"N, 121°29'38.6".8"E）
地 址：花蓮縣富里鄉豐南村
公 車：花蓮客運1120 石門站下車，
沿臺23 線往南，過五號橋續行約550公尺
，遇岔路左轉續行2 公里即達。

很高興有機會參與 段慧琳 Windy 的 Podcast #運動人的PainCave ，這是第一次接受 Podcast 的採訪邀約，一切都很新鮮。相信不久之後就會收聽到節目。
