行政院推出 #簡訊實聯制，有智慧型手機的使用者在掃描QR code後，會自動生成內有店家代碼的回報簡訊，也不用另外填寫個資。

即使是 #陽春型手機，只要有基本的簡訊功能，也可以自行輸入店家代碼回報。

而簡訊傳送的對象是防疫專線1922而非商家，不必擔心可能會受到店家行銷。

從通用設計的角度來看，對於使用者來說，即使以無拍照功能的手機操作，只要會傳簡訊，其他的事情都交由系統端處理，操作門檻降低許多，保護個資及隱私的做法，也考量到使用者的心理感受。

這樣的機制讓不同知識差距、不同使用經驗，以及使用不同載具的使用者都可以快速自行完成任務，非常符合 #通用使用性（universal usability）的三項設計挑戰：

Got my hands on the brand new RF 70-200 F4 IS USM for a couple of days. I tried my best to bring it out on a couple of shoots (not many due to the lockdown) to test it out. This isn't a review because I believe reviews should come from long term use, but rather and in depth first look/impressions of this lens. I wanted to answer a few questions such as size, weight, bokeh and usability. After a few days of testing out the lens, I feel I have a good idea on what this lens is good at and where it fails. I also briefly compare it to the 2.8 version. Hope this video helps!
