2019-05-16 08:52:32SS15 has recently evolved into a boba world and I got to try out one of the bobas after 6 weeks of staying away from them... here's my honest (un-cut, un-filtered) reaction which may be a little inaccurate but who cares.
my crazy yet dearest friends took me to one of my favourite streets in KL and they were just the funniest. the smartest of us couldn't come with us - which explains why we were out, walking the streets at 12 am, making unwise decisions but solid memories. x

Finally, an Aerospray with a bomb, eh? The Aerospray PG has an ancient, brass or copper-like look. It looks like it could make a mean kettle of tea.
I faced stiff competition today so I couldn't get a lot of splats, but eventually, I figured out how to be successful with this loadout, although it didn't necessarily equate to a fun play-style.
I would fish for splats sometimes, with mixed results. Even with a Kraken ready to go, I found it unwise to head into enemy-territory out in the open, because one shot is all it takes for some weapons to splat Inklings (and the element of lag), and it would be too late to use the Kraken.
With a Kraken ready to go, I found it better to be less obvious in my approaches, rather than baiting an attack.

SULTAN OF JOHOR: HOME MINISTRY’S RELUCTANCE TO REVIEW MM2H CRITERIA IS UNWISE
HM The Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar has expressed dismay at the Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) for its reluctance to review the new criteria of the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) programme.
His Majesty said he would now personally take up the matter soon with Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob, especially since Johor is a popular MM2H destination and the potential loss of revenue to the State from this programme was enormous.
He said the ministry’s decision was mind boggling and outrageous, considering that MM2H had brought huge economic benefits to Malaysia.
The rejection of appeals for a review, noted Sultan Ibrahim, was despite the earlier promise by Home Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainuddin to reconsider the new criteria.
“What we have heard in Parliament is a mere promise to consider MM2H applicants on a case-by-case basis. It falls short of expectations and I can only say that this is pathetic. This is a complete let down to all the existing MM2H participants and the relevant stakeholders,” said His Majesty to the Royal Press Office (RPO) today (16 Sept).
Tuanku Sultan Ibrahim said if security was the main reason for the new criteria, then MOHA only needs to revoke the visas of errant MM2H pass holders, instead of a blanket ruling that affects everyone.
“MM2H offers multiplier economic effects. Malaysians benefit and so does the government. But now we are chasing them away. And the bad international publicity is detrimental for Malaysia,“ he stressed.
“I hope good sense will prevail and the government will reinstate the programme without any drastic changes immediately,” he said.

DYMM Sultan Johor Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar menzahirkan rasa kecewa Baginda terhadap Kementerian Dalan Negeri (KDN) kerana enggan menyemak semula syarat ketat Program Malaysia Rumah Keduaku (MM2H) yang ditetapkan baru-baru ini.
Baginda turut bertitah akan membangkitkan perkara ini secara peribadi kepada Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob dalam tempoh terdekat, memandangkan Johor merupakan antara destinasi popular MM2H, selain sumbangan program berkenaan kepada pendapatan negeri.
Baginda Tuanku Sultan bertitah Menteri Dalam Negeri, Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainuddin sebelum ini menyatakan bahawa kerajaan akan menyemak semula syarat ketat Program MM2H.
“Namun, apa yang kita dengar di Parlimen hanyalah janji untuk mempertimbangkan permohonan peserta MM2H berdasarkan kes demi kes, dan ini adalah diluar jangkaan dan sesuatu yang mengecewakan.
“Jika keselamatan adalah justifikasi utama untuk kriteria baharu, maka pihak Kementerian hanya perlu membatalkan visa pemegang pas MM2H yang didapati melakukan kesalahan, dan bukannya melibatkan semua peserta,” titah Baginda kepada Royal Press Office (RPO) pada hari ini (16 September).
DYMM Sultan Ibrahim bertitah keputusan berkenaan hanya akan membawa implikasi negatif, memandangkan Program MM2H sebelum ini membawa kesan positif kepada ekonomi negara.
“MM2H merupakan satu program yang memberi kesan baik kepada ekonomi Malaysia dan begitu juga kepada rakyat serta kerajaan. Jika sekarang kita mengenakan syarat ketat hingga memberi kesan kepada peserta, dikhuathiri kelak akan menjejaskan imej negara di mata dunia,” tegas DYMM Sultan Johor.
“Saya berharap perkara ini akan mendapat perhatian serta pertimbangan dari kerajaan tanpa membuat keputusan drastik terhadap program ini,” titah Baginda.

Daily advice for HK immigrants to the West:
Regarding parenting, you need to do more than making money to provide for your family. Your kids need your emotional support. You need to be involved in your kid’s lives. Many parents are so busy making money that they simply have no time to go to their children’s events. Some will force the kids to play piano while they aren’t even musical. That’s not going to work. You need to be attending your kids’ sports events or debates or other after school activities. In fact, it’s even better to be involved with their learning process. I had trained martial arts and lifted weights with both my kids as they’re growing up. Of course, I’m not perfect in being their coach outside of the mat room or the dojo, but I’m involved. It’s unwise to make the youth pastor, the coach or piano teacher your kid’s babysitter. If you can’t commit or don’t have enough leisure time to walk with your kids during this transition and their adolescent years, don't immigrate. Your kids may end up hating you. They may become latch-key kids who have to transition from having maids in HK to not even having parents present to care for them here, while you work your butt off. You’re better off not immigrating to the West.

Wisdom is not Measured by Age
“The glory of young men is their [physical] strength, And the honor of aged men is their gray head [representing wisdom and experience].” (Proverbs 20:29 AMP)
Have you met any gray-haired men who are foolish? There are some who surprise me because I am expecting that at their ripe age, they would not behave immaturely like an unwise youth, and yet they still do.
Then there are also old Christian men who are storehouses of godly wisdom. You can tell that they had cultivated their relationship with God for decades. They can teach you a lot about a life of faith.
Being old does not automatically make you wise, and being young does not automatically disqualify you from being wise either.
“Let no man despise your youth; but be an example to those who believe, in word, in your way of life, in love, in spirit, in faith, and in purity. Until I come, pay attention to reading, to exhortation, and to teaching. Don’t neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the elders. Be diligent in these things. Give yourself wholly to them, that your progress may be revealed to all. Pay attention to yourself, and to your teaching. Continue in these things, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you.” (1 Timothy 4:12-16 WEB)
The key thing is consistently cultivating your relationship with the Lord, no matter what age you are.
Two beneficial activities: reading the Scriptures, and teaching the Scriptures. When doing either one, you are receiving godly wisdom, and believing in God’s word transforms you for the better.
Someone who prioritizes receiving God’s word daily is on a journey of improvement. The potential power residing in the Gospel saves and delivers you and others from all troubles, supplying every lack. The progress of such a person will be apparent to all!
