    Had this little duo for about 3 weeks now, it’s been a long time since I used a cushion compact, have enjoyed it.

    Never Cake Face:
    This one has two sides the purple side is excellent at reducing redness on the face and the color side it’s long lashing but not matte, does not sit in my pores 🙌🏻

    Also been testing the Relax and Repair Cream, simple cream that’s great in morning before makeup as the texture left on the skin is very neutral.

    Q1: What is success mean to you?
    I'm not sure what defines success, for me, success or failure is just a “phenomenon” that keeps changing. “Everything with form is unreal; if all forms are seen as unreal, the Tathagata will be perceived.” There is no rule to achieve success, we don’t know whether or not we can succeed before we start exploring.

    Q2: How did you get into film and media? Can you tell me about your childhood?
    As a child, I was obsessed with children's literature and illustrations, it was the reason I decided to study Design in HK PolyU. My first scriptwriting class in School of Creative Media, was a turning point. Dr. Tam Ka Ming’s teachings guided me towards the film industry. All I know is that I couldn’t help but follow my desire to use a camera to tell stories. It’s what led me drifting down this life-long career path. At the age of 23, I filmed my first movie, “High Noon". It portrays the dilemma of teens becoming adults and stepping into society.

    Q3: How do you approach story or scene as a director, and what do you want to achieve on set?
    The motifs of my movies are youth, growth, desire, bright and dark sides of human nature.
    I think making movie is a journey of “Discovery”, “Recovery” and “Being”. Youth and teen growth is not only the topic for my debut, it is the topic of life that I concern.

    Q4: Why you also started a talent agency? You also produce, why you choose to do so many things?
    When I started my company Dumb Youth, my 1st intention was to protect those artists. Then I realize that a part of my role in life is to embrace my life with my "companions". I believe that the people and things around us coexists in the same space for a reason. I live by the Kahlil Gibran quote: “And all work is empty save when there is love”.

    Q5: What inspires you about the film world and in HK Film Industry?
    Love and Death, Lust and Desire, Humanity and Spirituality, lightness, heaviness and thickness.

    For Hong Kong Film industry, I think the creativity and imagination always inspire me the most, and most importantly, people here have the ability to find humor amongst adversity.

    豚キャべチ焼き
    1枚分

    材料:
    キャベツ 100g
    豚バラ肉 50g
    ピザ用チーズ 20g
    塩 ふたつまみ
    片栗粉 大さじ1
    ごま油 小さじ1
    食べるラー油 大さじ1
    オイスターソース 小さじ1
    糸唐辛子 適量

    作り方:
    1.キャベツはピーラーで千切りにする。

    2.ボウルにキャベツ、ピザ用チーズ(半量)、片栗粉、塩を入れてよく混ぜる。

    3.フライパンにごま油をひき、豚バラ肉を並べ、(2)を入れ、両面をこんがり焼き、
    残りのピザ用チーズを散らし、フライパンに蓋をして余熱でチーズを溶かす。

    4.(3)を器に盛り、食べるラー油とオイスターソースを混ぜて上にかけ、糸唐辛子をのせたら完成!

    Spicy Cheese Pancakes with Pork & Cabbage
    Servings: 1

    INGREDIENTS
    100g cabbage
    50g sliced pork belly
    20g shredded cheese
    Some salt
    1 tablespoon potato starch
    1 teaspoon sesame oil
    1 tablespoon chili oil flakes
    1 teaspoon oyster sauce
    Some chili threads

    PREPARATION
    1. Shred the cabbage with a peeler,

    2. Put cabbage, pizza cheese (half amount), potato starch and salt in a bowl and mix well.

    3.Sprinkle sesame oil in a frying pan, line up the pork belly, add (2), and brown both sides.
    Sprinkle the rest of the pizza cheese, cover the frying pan and melt the cheese with residual heat.

    4. Place (3) on a plate. Mix chili oil flakes and oyster sauce in a bowl and pour over (3). Put some chili threads on top.

    5. Enjoy!

    焼き芋アレンジ2選

    ■焼き芋のハニーナッツグラタン
    1本分

    材料:
    焼き芋 1本(300g程度)
    バター 10g
    ミックスナッツ 10g
    ピザ用チーズ 40g
    塩 少々
    パセリ 少々
    はちみつ 適量
     
    作り方:
    1. 焼き芋の両側を1cm程度残して包丁で横一本の切り込みを入れる。

    2. バターを半分に切ったら焼き芋の溝に入れて、ナッツ、塩を加えたらチーズをのせ、パセリをまぶす。

    3. オーブントースターで10分程度(表面に焼き色がつくまで)加熱する。皿にのせてはちみつをかけたら、完成!

    ■焼き芋のチョコバニラアイス
    1本分

    材料:
    焼き芋 1本(300g程度)
    バニラアイス 100g
    アーモンドスライス 大さじ1
    チョコスプレー 小さじ1
     
    作り方:
    1. 焼き芋の両側を1cm程度残して包丁で横一本の切り込みを入れる。

    2. 大きめのスプーンでアイスをすくいながら、焼き芋のみぞに挟む。

    3. 皿に乗せてチョコスプレーとアーモンドスライスを全体に散らしたら、完成!

    2 Recipes to Elevate Your Regular Baked Sweet Potatoes

    ◆Baked Sweet Potatoes au Gratin with Honey Nuts
    Servings: 1 baked sweet potato

    INGREDIENTS
    1 baked sweet potato (abt 300g)
    10g butter
    10g mixed nuts
    40g shredded cheese
    Some parsley
    Some honey

    PREPARATION
    1. Make a shallow cut horizontally on the potato. Leave 1cm for both sides.

    2. Cut the butter into halves and place them in the potato. Put mixed nuts and salt. Place shredded cheese on top. Sprinkle with some parsley.

    3. Bake for 10 minute in the toaster oven (until golden). Transfer to a plate. Add some honey on top.

    4. Enjoy!

    ◆Baked Sweet Potatoes with Vanilla Ice Cream
    Servings: 1 baked sweet potato

    INGREDIENTS
    1 baked sweet potato (abt 300g)
    100g vanilla ice cream
    1 teaspoon chocolate sprinkles
    1 tablespoon almond slices

    PREPARATION
    1. Make a shallow cut horizontally on the potato. Leave 1cm for both sides.

    2. Place vanilla ice cream in the potato cut.

    3. Place the potato on a plate. Add some chocolate sprinkles and almond slices on top.

    4. Enjoy!

    @リンネル チャンネル リンネル 11月号増刊 特別付録のオサムグッズのシリコーンケーキ型を使ってスノースキン月餅を作ってみました。見た目はスノースキン感は弱いですが、月餅🥮の型がなくても、シリコン型で作れたのがポイント。伸びのよい柔らかな餅皮とホワイトチョコのミルキー感がとっても合います。包みやすい餅皮なので同量の餡でも包みやすいです。型離れのポイントは打ち粉。片栗粉を型や餅皮の側面に多めに振ってください。くっつかずに作業できます。型に餅が貼り付き、1回、失敗してしまいました。
    昔から大好きだったオサムグッズ。付録でシリコン型が手に入るなんていい時代なんだ。
    *レシピ*(およそ64mlの型 6個分)
    ホワイトチョコ餡を作ります
    1.ホワイトチョコ 42gを溶かす。
    2.白あん 150gを入れ混ぜる。
    3.6等分にする。
    4.お好みにパウダーで着色する。
    今回、かぼちゃパウダー・紫芋パウダー・いちごパウダー 各2g、バタフライピーパウダー・抹茶 各1gで着色しています。もちろんそのままでもOKです。
    5.ラップで丸く包み、冷蔵庫または冷凍庫で冷やしておく。

    餅皮を作ります。
    6.耐熱ボウルに白玉粉 24g、水 96gを入れ粒がなくなるまで混ぜる。
    7.加糖練乳 24g、サラダオイル 24gと上新粉 24g、薄力粉 8g、上白糖 24gをあわせてフルイ入れ、泡立て器で混ぜる。
    8.ふんわりラップをして、600wの電子レンジで50秒加熱し泡立て器で混ぜる。
    9.その後、20秒加熱を3回繰り返し、その都度、泡立て器で混ぜる。
    10.更に20秒加熱を3回繰り返し、その都度、今度はゴムベラで混ぜる。
    11.更に今度はラップをしないで、1分30秒加熱し混ぜないでそのまま粗熱を取る。
    12.片栗粉を広げたバットなどに(11)を6等分する。
    13.ラップの間に(12)を伸ばす。
    14.(5)を包む。
    15.シリコン型に押し込む。
    16.冷蔵庫で冷やす。
    17.型から取り出す。
    18.でけた。かわいいうまい。オサムグッズかわいい。永遠だな。

    I made snow skin mooncakes using the silicone cake mold of OSAMU GOODS. It doesn't look like snow skin, but the key is that it can be made with a silicone mold even if you don't have a mooncake 🥮 mold.The milky texture of the white chocolate goes well with the soft and stretchy rice cake skin. Since it is a rice cake skin that is easy to wrap, it is easy to wrap even the same amount of bean paste. The key to mold release is flour. Sprinkle more potato starch on the sides of the mold and the rice cake skin. You can work without sticking. Mochi stuck to the mold and I failed once. I've always loved OSAMU GOODS. It's a good time to get a OSAMU GOODS silicone mold in a magazine freebie.

    * Recipe * (for 6 molds of about 64 ml)
    Make white chocolate bean paste.
    1.Melt 42g of white chocolate.
    2.Mix in 150g of white bean paste.
    3.Divide into 6 equal parts.
    4.Color with powder as desired. This time, I used 2g each of pumpkin powder, purple sweet potato powder, and strawberry powder, and 1g each of butterfly pea powder and matcha. Of course, you can leave them as they are.
    5.Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator or freezer.

    Make mochi skin.
    6.Put 24g of Shiratamako and 96g of water in a heat-resistant bowl and mix until there are no grains.
    7.Add 24g of sweetened condensed milk, 24g of salad oil, 24g of Joshinko, 8g of cake flour, and 24g of white sugar, and mix with a whisk.
    8.Wrap it gently, heat it in a 600w microwave oven for 50 seconds, and mix it with a whisk.
    9.Repeat heating for 20 seconds 3 times, mixing with a whisk each time.
    10.Repeat heating for another 20 seconds three times, each time mixing with a rubber spatula.

    12.Divide (11) into 6 equal parts on a tray with potato starch spread.
    13.Spread (12) between sheets of plastic wrap.

    15.Press into the silicon mold.
    16.Chill in the refrigerator.
    17.Remove from the mold.
    18.It's done. Cute and delicious. OSAMU GOODS are eternal.
