這次我用很特別的蔬菜
跟大家分享兩道料理!
這個龍鬚菜好像在日本很少看到..
因為它本身的味道不會很重
可以做出來很多種類的料理
當早餐午餐或下酒菜都很適合～！(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و
龍鬚菜炒飯&胡麻味噌涼拌/ロンシーツァイのチャーハン胡麻味噌和え
[2人份]
龍鬚菜 Long xu Cai—100g
白飯 Steamed rice—150g
雞蛋 Egg—1個
蒜頭 Garlic—2粒
生辣椒 Chili pepper—1支
柴魚片 Katsuo bushi—1g
醬油 Soy sauce—1小匙
鹽巴&黑胡椒 Salt&pepper
白芝麻 White sesame
白芝麻粉 White sesame powder—2大匙
味噌 Miso—2小匙
味淋 Mirin—1.5大匙
醬油 Soy sauce—1大匙
美奶滋 Mayonnaise—2大匙

餐廳環境雖然唔算太寬躺😌但係香港地租昂貴
其實迫少少都已經算係好合理
餐廳應該主力都係韓國人
一上到去，我地直頭是炸雞癮起
忍唔住就叫咗兩款炸雞，一次滿足晒我地先
🐥蜂蜜黃油炸雞 $130 / HALF
一客有5大件，雞皮炸得非常香脆
雖然佢哋係用粉，
但係蜂蜜同埋個牛油味真係好突出
但係食落口又唔會覺得好油膩
又脆又嫩口，非常滋味
肉汁比平時出面吃炸雞還要多，算是很出色。
🐥甜辣無骨炸雞 $120 / HALF
依到用既係無骨炸雞，最初都怕肉質會乾
師傅掌握左炸雞嘅時間，所以食落都係同樣Juicy
呢個味道比較香濃，每一啖都食到甜辣嘅香濃口感
🐥韓式炒年糕 $158
年糕口感煙煙韌韌，辣度我個人覺得偏辣
但非常之惹味香口
除咗年糕之外仲，包括有魚糕同埋拉麵
炒麵真係絕配，而且我鍾意韓式拉麵
口感係相對煙銀更加有口感

✅1 Egg
✅3 Cups Water
✅1 Tsp Sesame Oil
✅1 Cup Aged Kimchi
✅1/2 Cup Sliced Onion
✅1/2 Cup Sliced Carrot
✅2 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
✅1 Cube Knorr Ikan Bilis
✅1/2 Cup Chopped Scallions
✅1 Block Of Soft Tofu (Cubed)
✅1 Tsp Gochugaru (Korean Red Chili Flakes)
✅1 Tbsp Gochujang (Korean Hot Pepper Paste)
✅1 Chicken Thigh Or Breast Meat (Skinless, Boneless & Cut Into Bite-Sized Pieces)

𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
🔸Place Kimchi, Chicken, Garlic, Scallions, Sesame Oil, Gochujang, Gochugaru & Knorr Ikan Bilis Cube in the pot.
🔸Pour in water & bring to a boil.
🔸Reduce the heat to a simmer & cook for 5 mins.
🔸Add-In Tofu, Carrots & Onions.
🔸Continue cooking for another 5 mins, adding the egg & scallions at the very end.
🔸Serve immediately, over steaming white rice if desired.
