It's funny how Sanderistas throw the word "revolution" around all the time (after changing the meaning of the word to mean "reform"), yet are demoralized so easily. Us communists may criticize you and Bernie Sanders, but that doesn't mean nothing of the movement is valid - the beginnings of the formation of class consciousness among working class people and fellow travelers from the middle classes is certainly real, but it continues to be paralyzed by petty bourgeois idealism - namely the belief in reforms as an end in itself. We detest Bernie Sanders because he channels this energy towards the center because the Sanderista movement is petty-bourgeois in character even if it has the mass support of workers. If you don't understand how this is so, then I will raise the Chinese revolution as an example: the vast majority of those involved in the revolution were peasants, but it was a proletarian revolution that united various progressive classes under a proletarian line. This is what needs to be done. What is the proletarian line? Well, this will involve practice and investigation to truly formulate, but it'll never happen if the broad "left" in the US stops being dominated by petty-bourgeois trends. You laugh us off when we cite Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin, and other theoreticians and revolutionaries in regards to the class nature of the bourgeois state, yet you clearly see class dictatorship in action when the bourgeois media and establishment do all they can to impede Bernie Sanders' so-called "revolution." Here's the other thing: if he somehow gets nominated and wins presidency, you realize that he's going to have a hard time carrying out his promises, right? What do you think the "checks and balances" of the US government exist for? They certainly didn't check and balance the executive branch when the NSA was expanded or when imperialist wars were declared. Obama ran on a platform of ending US wars of aggression and closing Guantanamo Bay, but the bourgeois class dictatorship had other things in mind when he entered the white house.
