It feels like an eternity since I last participated in a singles event. It is my privilege to have the opportunity to play in the 501 Singles event which was specially organised to commemorate Dartslive Singapore's 10th Anniversary. I'm ecstatic to announce that I am blessed enough to win the competition!

There is no doubt that lately I have been struggling to perform during competitions. I had to be extra focused just so I could remain competitive in these events as well. A big shout out to all the participants for this competition, your drive and determination are really admirable. The passion from all the players really touched my heart. What really encouraged me to keep practicing my craft was seeing new faces at the competition, with one player only getting in touch with the sport just months ago!

Thank you Dartslive Singapore for working together with the dart shops to organise such events for all the players here. Let us continue to support them in their efforts to popularise darts as a sport in Singapore!

Albeit not a huge tournament, it is my honour to win a competition at Dartslive Singapore's 10th Anniversary Special Event. Ever since I came to Singapore six years ago, I've been a part of almost every local competition organised. It was a roller coaster ride filled with ups and downs, and with my recent struggles, this win really meant a lot to me.

It has been a really rough period for everyone during this time of pandemic. It is comforting to see that we have moved on from all global events being suspended to the start of the local competitions now. I still look forward to the day when we can all go back to the Covid-free days.

Despite all the restrictions in place now, I still hope we can all continue practicing and never give up. My greatest wish would be for everyone to maintain this passion and keep striving to get better in this sport. Let's hang in there and press on till we recover from this pandemic together.

昨晚參加了DLSG 10周年的特別比賽501 Single 得到了第一名，感覺好久好久沒有打個人賽了，近期的我，真的是要很專注很努力才能到決賽。很感謝所有的參加選手，大家都很努力很專業的完成比賽，我也感受到大家還是對飛鏢保持著熱情。甚至看到有些新的面孔是才開始打了幾個月就來參加比賽了，真的讓我很感動！同時，當然要感謝DLSG在疫情的重重困難下還和店商合作舉辦這些小小的個人賽，所以大家要多多支持啊！

我真的太太太開心了，哈哈，雖然也不是什麽大比賽，可是真的很開心在DLSG 10周年的特別比賽中拿到了冠軍，其實對我來説還挺有意義的。6年前我來到新加坡，開始參加本地的大大小小的比賽，剛開始的時候成績還算不賴，中間也經歷過飛鏢甚至是人生的低谷，受到了大大的挫折。直到去年Covid的關係，全世界的飛鏢比賽都被迫要暫停，到了現在還是不能完全回復正常，真的是讓人很鬱悶。

在疫情期間，大家也只能盡量在家裏或者有限度的出去練習。陸陸續續看到新加坡各種形式的比賽開始了，我希望大家都可以繼續好像我一樣喜歡飛鏢，直到這個這個世界回復正常，我們再次能在不同的國家一起比賽一起交流！

MAAFKAN SAYA

Saya benar-benar mahukan kerajaan untuk berjaya. Saya bangun setiap hari dengan harapan bahawa pendapat saya salah. Tetapi, mereka tetap membuktikan saya betul. Saya lakukan perkara yang sama dengan kerajaan lama. Dan saya sedang lakukan perkara yang sama pada masa ini. Tiada beza. Sekadar mahukan yang terbaik untuk rakyat. Sesetengah mungkin tidak suka apa yang saya katakan tapi itulah cabarannya. Untuk terus bersuara demi rakyat yang tidak dapat menyuarakannya. Biarkan saya menjadi musuh anda No.1 sekiranya perlu. Saya konsisten dan tegas dengan prinsip saya. Tolong... Tolonglah mulai mentadbir. Tolong berhenti berperang antara satu sama lain, Tolong berhenti mempolitikkan setiap isu. Kadang kala saya salah. Semua orang membuat kesilapan. Untuk kesilapan yang saya buat, saya memohon maaf. Saya fikir kita semua harus mengimbas kembali tahun 2018 dan meminta maaf atas kesilapan-kesilapan.

Kini sudah 2019, ayuh kita lakukan yang sepatutnya sekarang. Ayuh kita kurangkan berpolitik. Ayuh kita kurang mempopularkan apa yang ada di media sosial. Ayuh kita melakukan keputusan yang lebih baik. Ayuh kita bekerjasama dan menghormati ruang dan tugas masing-masing. Ayuh kita berkhidmat kepada rakyat dan melaksanakan yang terbaik untuk negara kita.

I'M SORRY

I really want the government to be successful. I wake up everyday hoping to be wrong. But, they keep proving me right. I did the same with the old government. And I’m doing the same now. No difference. Just wanting the best for the people. Some may not like what I say but that’s the challenge. To keep speaking up for the rakyat who can’t. Let me be public enemy No.1 if I have to be. I’m consistent and stand by my principles. Please... Please start Governing. Please stop fighting amongst each other, Please stop politicizing every issue. Sometimes I get it wrong. Everyone makes mistakes. For the mistakes that I’ve made, I’m sorry. I think we all should reflect on 2018 and be sorry for the wrongs.

Well it’s 2019, let’s get it right now. Let’s politicise less. Let’s popularise less over social media. Let’s make better decisions. Let’s cooperate and accept each other’s space and duty. Let’s serve the people and deliver the best for our country.

The Spirit of Bruce Lee to rebuild Kelantan

In conjunction with Bruce Lee’s 75th birthday this year, fans of the martial art icon will hold variety of programmes to celebrate that auspices day of 2015.

Bruce Lee Club Hong Kong is the most historic fan club for the great legend, and its capability to organise events is well-known all over the world. My sister Phoebe Lee and I are the honorary chairs of the fan club. Bruce Lee Club chairman Mr Wong Yiu-keung has worked very hard to popularise Bruce Lee’s heritage, especially his philosophy, martial arts and legend.

On behalf of the Lee family, I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations and thanks to them.

Mr Wong Yiu-keung is now collaborating with Bruce Lee’s number one fan in Malaysia, Dr Hew Kuan Yau to organise a “75 Years of Bruce Lee Exhibition and Arts Charity” in Penang and other major cities in Malaysia, to raise funds for the Gabungan Impian Kelantan (GAMITAN) in their effort to rebuild the state of Kelantan after the disastrous floods recently.

This is a meaningful two-pronged programme, to commemorate Bruce Lee through artistic expressions in a multiracial Malaysia, as well as helping the people of Kelantan, especially the flood victims.

“The Spirit of Bruce Lee” has many elements for us to learn about life including positive thinking, surviving in harsh conditions, inclusivity and the context of replacing the old tradition with the new formless form.

Bruce Lee once said that the spiritual power of man’s will remove all obstacles. That was his secret of success. If Bruce Lee could do it, so can Kelantan, and of course Malaysia can do it too.

Last but not least, I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to the organiser of “75 Years of Bruce Lee Exhibition and Arts Charity”.
