    Do It Exactly

    If God has given you a rhema word, don’t even second-guess it. Do it exactly.

    “When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into the deep, and let down your nets for a catch.” Simon answered him, “Master, we worked all night, and took nothing; but at your word I will let down the net.” When they had done this, they caught a great multitude of fish, and their net was breaking. They beckoned to their partners in the other boat, that they should come and help them. They came, and filled both boats, so that they began to sink.” (Luke‬ ‭5:4-7‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

    Jesus told Peter to let down the nets for a catch, but Peter skeptically only let down one net.

    Why? Peter thought that based on his experience as a fisherman, it would be impossible to catch any fish. He let down one net just out of politeness towards Jesus.

    What happened? Peter and his partners began to haul in much more fish than that one net could handle.

    If you think you have seen it all before, you haven’t seen anything yet. God can do a new thing that man calls impossible.

    For man, flying was once thought to be impossible. But now we have different types of aircraft to transport people across the sky.

    We cannot outsmart God. His instructions are given in a short and simple way. When He gives you a set of instructions, whether through a sermon, a sign, a vision, or dream, just do it exactly even if you don’t understand the reason right now.

    God has your best interests at heart—in this life and in the eternal age to come!

    🎯 P1 - THEO NGỮ ĐIỆU 🎯

    Ngữ điệu của bất kỳ thứ tiếng nào cũng rất quan trọng vì tùy theo ngữ điệu mà ý nghĩa của câu nói sẽ khác nhau.

    Ngữ điệu trong tiếng Anh gọi là Intonation.

    Intonation còn được gọi là ngữ điệu - sự lên xuống của giọng để truyền tải ý nghĩa hay cảm xúc của người nói.

    Người ta không có một quy tắc nhất định về việc sử dụng ngữ điệu như thế nào, nhưng sẽ có những kiểu mà người bản xứ sử dụng như sau.

    1. Falling - Xuống giọng

    Đây là kiểu xuất hiện nhiều nhất trong tiếng Anh hàng ngày.

    Người ta thường xuống giọng ở cuối câu.

    - Câu trần thuật:

    I want to live in New York city.

    She doesn’t live here anymore.

    - Câu mệnh lệnh

    Leave it on the desk.

    Put your bools in the table

    - Câu hỏi Wh- (who, what, which, how, why, when, where)

    Where do you come from?

    How many books have you bought?

    - Câu hỏi đuôi, nhưng để xác nhận lại thông tin,chứ không phải hỏi:

    She is so pretty, isn’t she?

    It doesn’t seem to bother him much, dose it?

    2. Rising - Lên giọng

    Người nói lên giọng ở cuối câu

    - Câu hỏi yes/no:

    Do you like this shirt?

    Did she cause the accident?

    - Câu hỏi đuôi, thường người nói sẽ khôbg biết câu trả lời, và không chắc chắn lắm:

    You like fish, don't you?

    We’ve met already, haven’t we?

    3. Rise - Fall - Lên giọng rồi xuống giọng

    - Câu hỏi lựa chọn:

    Are you going to have soup or salad?

    Is he leaving on Thursday or Friday?

    - Liệt kê

    I like ➚football, tennis, basketball and ➘volleyball.

    I bought ➚a tee-shirt, a skirt and a ➘handbag.

    - Câu đièu kiện

    If he ➚calls, ask him to leave a ➘message.

    Unless he ➚insists, I'm not going to ➘go.

    - Fall - Rise - Xuống giọng rồi lên giọng

    Khi sử dụng kiểu xuống và lên giọng, người nói đang tỏ ra không chắc chắn về câu trả lời.

    - Hesitation/reluctance

    So you'd be willing to confirm that? ...Well ... I ➘sup➚pose so ...

    You didn't see him on Monday? I don't quite ➘re➚member ..

    Politeness-Doubt-Uncertainty: (You are not sure what the answer might be.)

    Perhaps we could ➘vis➚it the place?

    大家晚安🙌結束一天的工作和訓練，
    晚餐就來點正能量下飯吧！

    最近偶然看到這篇國際柔道總會在今年三月發佈的文章《The Great 8: The Judo Values keep us Strong and Safe》內容不只簡單好懂，圖片也很生動可愛，透過有趣的方式傳達柔道的核心精神，鼓勵孩子們以勇敢從容的態度去面對眼前困難（還可以順便學英文喔～😁）

    🥋所謂【柔道8要質】分別是：
    勇氣(Courage)、尊重(Respect)、謙虛(Modesty)、
    友誼(Friendship)、榮譽(Honour)、誠意(Sincerity)、
    自制力(Self-control)、禮貌(Politeness)

    看完後心裡覺得暖暖的，因為這些要質也是一路以來支撐我的動力，分享給同樣在努力中的你，我也會在1月的卡達大師賽加油的！💪
