fitness mateのトレーニングは負荷を高くしてるので、最後までできなくても全然大丈夫です！
最後までできなくても十分効果があります^_^

トレーニング時間が長い程、脂肪燃焼効果は高くなります。
(数分で終わるHIITは、短時間でも脂肪燃焼効果は十分あります！)

時間がない時は短い動画、時間がある時は少し長めの動画と使い分けてみてください。

筋肉は新しい刺激が大好きです。同じ動画をする事でも十分効果はありますが、たまに違う動画を使う事で、新しい刺激に筋肉が喜んで、どんどん筋肉が変わってくれます。(筋肉が喜ぶ=脂肪燃焼効果が上がる)
