如果說到 #新北三芝 有什麼特色，相信大部分的人都會想到三芝的特產 #茭白筍，但除了茭白筍， #水車文化 也是三芝的特色之一。

三芝又叫「水車(waterwheel)之鄉」，由來是因為三芝在農業發展中，具有很大的貢獻，先民在這裡落腳時，為了灌溉(irrigate)農田、民生用水等目的所建造，雖然現在大多已功成身退，但當地6座水車園區卻記錄著曾經的農耕時光，特別是 #根德水車園區 還擁有稀有的三連座式水車，現在已轉為水力發電(hydropower / hydroelectricity)用途，直接供應現場設施電力。

除了水車景緻，三芝還可以一次網羅無敵海景和田園風光。單車族可以挑戰連接 #石門 #白沙灣 和三芝 #淺水灣 的 #雙灣自行車道，不但能享受海風吹拂，傍晚時分還能賞淺水灣的夕陽餘暉(afterglow)，想看田園景色，就前往著名的 #橫山梯田，每年10月中、下旬就是 #茭白筍(water bamboo)的產季，到時候別忘了帶著孩子一起來體驗採筍的樂趣！
