M A S T E R C L A S S ❤️🤲✨ Here we go again, another eight weeks of unlearning and listening. Another eight weeks of holding sacred space to just slow down and pause. Quietly curious, an unfolding, both for the mamas that I lead and lead me to sacred inner worlds to repair and hold in reverence.

It’s an invitation to come home, to come inside to hidden places and loud thoughts that sometimes explode out when it hurts or we feel lost and overwhelmed.

The intense pressure of motherhood and fatherhood wears on a marriage so we make safe space to play, ask, laugh, cry, see.

Eight weeks and for some, an additional one-on-one centered around science and play, an action plan tailored intimately to their family created over conversation and partnership. Fuel for all the days and weeks after the program, a guide of sorts to remind them of their why and how and what.

We call it a groundbreaking rework of traditional parenting programs. But that’s just really fancy for we do it a little different and start with you. We take the science of what we know and use it to fiercely listen and fight for the child inside and in front of you, and you don’t have to do it alone. We gather together, make mistakes, share our stories, care deeply and cheer each other home.

What does your head and heart know?

Five cohorts in, each one unique and magically special to the little community that they build. I love that they come from around the world and all have such depth and beauty to add. We teach people, not topics. We go rogue. We run wild. We get curious.

For mama, it is a welcome to my heart. Carved out in there is all the mamas and daddies and their little ones that have come before. When you come through the program, you are intimately fought for, genuinely loved, relentlessly believed in. Known and called by name.

By hiding haptic sensors in everyday clothing, Myant hopes to provide continuous biometric data to its users and their loved ones.

Company founder Tony Chahine tells me: "Textile covering the entire body continuously transmitting data is the best option, especially for someone who is marginalized, who cannot see, who is not a tech expert."

The tech is currently able to collect a broad range of data like the user's heart rate, sleep quality, physical activity and body temperature. Chahine says he hopes that providing holistic, physiological data can help users more intimately monitor their health as well as detect and reduce the severity of chronic conditions.

We all have days when we feel the presence of God so strongly and intimately, and days when we can’t seem to feel Him there at all. The highs and lows of our emotions can make us question ourselves—"Have I done something wrong? Is He angry with me for not spending enough time with Him?”

Friend, don't fall for the enemy's lies that "You are what you feel." Hit play and find out how your feelings don’t determine your relationship with God. Instead, it's His truth alone that determines how close He is to you. The Bible says He will never leave you nor forsake you (see Deut. 31:6)—regardless of how you feel each day or what you have done!

Take heart today that no matter whether you feel His presence, God is close to you (see Ps. 145:18) right until the end of the world (see Matt. 28:20). Tag a friend who needs this reminder today! ??

It’s strange that I’ve never actually pondered this question…
After spending most of my adult life in Mainland China, marrying a Chinese doctor and now having a half Chinese daughter I finally find myself facing this very real and scary question, is the country I dedicated so much of my life to, explored so fully, intimately learned the language and culture of… Is this country and more specifically the government of the country my enemy?
