Hi everyone - @_bureau213 is a project I’ve been working on for the better part of the last. It’s been live for a few days now, but after some edits, I’m proud to say today is the official launch! It’s an online jewelry-oriented concept space that’s also a platform for designers/artists/talents/friends to tell their stories. Living in Asia has been a time for me to reconnect with family and immerse myself in the amazing culture here - and I’m beyond excited to not only introduce international brands/designers to this region, but also help give a voice to the local community. We are launching with 7 brands but we have many more in the pipeline. Our first feature is on my dear friend and amazing artist, John Yuyi @johnyuyi .One of our first exhibitions together was a little hole in the wall in the Lower East Side back in 2016. I couldn’t even afford to professionally print her works, I had to call a favor from my friend at Pratt to use their printers. To see her now exhibiting all over the world, yet continuing to create such genuine, personable, and beautiful artwork is nothing short of inspiring. Anyways before I make this caption too long that nobody will read it - I just want to say thank you to everyone that has supported me on this journey!
