我們能做的就是保護好自己和保護他人把風險降到最低！所以我認為大家到健身房運動時還是必須要戴上口罩,還有就是手上隨時都拿著一瓶酒精消毒劑,再用器材之前其實可以先噴一噴酒精消毒劑在使用機器！
可能會造成大家比較麻煩,但在這非常時期大家可能就要辛苦一點！
因為如果我們不能改變環境,那我們只能改變自己的習慣！
運動本來就是健康的,所以在運動時我們應該提升自己的防護力,保護好自己保護好他人！
