Collaborating with local brands – Country Foods and Growthwell Group (OKK), Sushi Tei is launching its first plant-based menu to cater to changing consumers’ needs while keeping up with the latest food trend.
Look forward to healthier dishes such as Shokobutsu BBQ Ham & Ebi Rolls, Shokubutsu Curry Omurice, and my favorite Shokubutsu Fish Nuggets. Using OKK’s konnyaku, the fish nuggets are coated with batter and deep-fried to an crispy golden brown.
The Shokubutsu Curry Omurice highlights the use of mushrooms (to resemble tender braised beef), healthier brown grains and Japanese-style curry sauce, all cloaked with savory fluffy omelette.
The new seasonal wellness menu, Kenko Feast will be part of Sushi Tei’s seasonal menu and available at all its outlets till 13 Oct.
