Honestly.. this is one of the best, most efficient and incredible production team I’ve ever worked with. Thank you to my dearest directors, uncle @silver.yee & @ayezshaukatfonseka for guiding me through the journey. . I know shooting in this pandemic times are not easy but we made it! From online casting, online script reading, personal wardrobe fitting & makeup test, PCR test for covid-19 before & after filming, everything went smoothly Alhamdulillah. The whole team took care of us very well & they worked really hard to give the best on set. 🇭🇰 Mixo is one of the newest cafes to open in Sheung Wan's Noho, with a name denoting a mix of possibilities. From a menu drawing from various cuisines, we tasted the slow-cooked chicken salad which was tender but light and not as fragrant as its grilled counterpart, while the sourdough duo was a delicious pair, with one fragrant with truffled scrambled eggs, while the other with grilled scallops contrasting a refreshing spread of avocado. Our love ultimately resided with the carbonara; one which was al dente, deploying a traditional recipe and with slices of flavorful bacon. For beverages, we were impressed with the Milo volcano that was an uproared version of the dinosaur, overflowing with light cream and complimented by chocolate crunches. Adorned in a space of industrial chic design, Mixo which now also serves yakitori at night, is certainly a blender of varying genres; while in the day, renders as a relaxing spot for a creative cup of bevy, along with palatable dishes to mix and match.
