[News] STAR WARS: Battlefront อัปเดตล่าสุดเพิ่ม Multiplayer ออนไลน์บน Steam และเล่นข้ามแพลตฟอร์มกับ GOG ได้ด้วย

เมื่อวานนี้ STAR WARS: Battlefront ภาคคลาสสิคของปี 2004 ได้มีการอัปเดตตัวเกมทั้งบน Steam โดยเป็นการปรับปรุงให้สามารถใช้งานระบบ Multiplayer ออนไลน์ผ่านทาง Steamworks ได้ (จากเดิมต้องเล่นผ่าน GameSpy ซึ่งบริการนี้ได้ปิดตัวไปแล้ว เมื่อปี 2014)

นอกจากนี้ ผู้ที่ซื้อเกมนี้บน Steam จะสามารถเล่นข้ามแพลตฟอร์มกับผู้ที่ซื้อเกมนี้บน GOG ได้ด้วย
.
ซึ่งผู้เล่นสามารถเข้าเล่นโหมด Multiplayer ของเกมนี้ ได้ด้วยการเลือก Galaxy Multiplayer แล้วเลือก Internet จากนั้นก็เลือกเข้าเกมที่ต้องการได้เลย

[News] ชาวม็อดเจ๋ง! เตรียมออกม็อดสำหรับเล่นแคมเปญเนื้อเรื่อง Crysis และ Crysis Warhead แบบ Co-op ได้อย่างเต็มรูปแบบ ในเดือน ธ.ค. นี้!

Crysis คือ 1 ในเกม FPS ที่หลายๆคนยังคงชื่นชอบในความยอดเยี่ยมและอิสระอย่างสุดขีดของตัวเกมจวบจนทุกวันนี้ และล่าสุดชาวเกมบน PC กำลังจะได้เล่นแคมเปญเนื้อเรื่องแบบเล่นคนเดียวของเกมนี้ ในแบบร่วมมือกันในโหมด Co-op ด้วยม็อดใหม่ที่กำลังจะมาถึง นั่นคือม็อด Crysis Co-op

ม็อด Crysis Co-op นั้น มีการร่างแนวคิดไว้ตั้งแต่เมื่อปี 2016 และนับจากนั้นเป็นต้นมาทีมชาวม็อดก็ได้เริ่มการพัฒนาม็อดที่ทะเยอทะยานและซับซ้อนที่สุดนี้จนสำเร็จ

โดยม็อด Co-op ในเวอร์ชั่น 2019 นี้ จะทำให้คุณสามารถเล่นแคมเปญเนื้อเรื่องทั้ง Crysis และ Crysis Warhead แบบ Co-op ได้ ซึ่งม็อดนี้จะเข้ามาทำงานแทนที่ระบบ Gamespy เดิม ด้วยระบบออนไลน์ผ่าน Steam นั่นทำให้คุณไม่จำเป็นจะต้องเชื่อมต่อเซิร์ฟเวอร์ผ่านการเชื่อมต่อด้วย IP โดยตรงอีกต่อไป ซึ่งนั่นทำให้คุณต้องมีตัวเกม Crysis พร้อม Crysis Warhead เวอร์ชั่น Steam ในการเล่นด้วย

ไม่เพียงเท่านี้ Crysis Co-op 2019 จะมาพร้อมกับฟีเจอร์เกมเพลย์ใหม่ให้เหมาะสมกับโหมด Co-op ด้วย อาทิ ผู้เล่นจะสามารถชุบชีวิตเพื่อนร่วมทีมที่พลังชีวิตหมดและล้มลงไป ได้ด้วยเครื่องกระตุ้นหัวใจ และสามารถเลือกตัวละครที่จะเล่นในแคมเปญนั้นๆได้ด้วย

ซึ่งในตอนนี้ทางทีมงานกำลังรอให้ทาง Crytek ผู้พัฒนาอนุมัติแคมเปญของ Crysis Warhead และมุ่งเป้าที่จะออกม็อด Co-op เวอร์ชั่นใหม่นี้ ในเดือน ธ.ค.

I experienced technical difficulties and lost all my footage of the regular Blaster on Monday, and so I took a break. Having returned to editing, I honestly can say I enjoy making these vids. My purpose in making these montages is to partly chronicle my play in Splatoon's multiplayer, because sooner or later, this game will shut down and we will only be able to enjoy the single-player portion. I experienced this loss firsthand when Crysis 2's multiplayer on PC shut down because Gamespy went under. I always regretted not having some footage of me playing. I can find footage of other people, but not myself; it's not the same.

Speaking of technical difficulties, this morning, the game would randomly disconnect from the internet and say that I was not connected to it although I could use my web-browser just fine. Perhaps the patch is to blame.

The next weapon up for recording was the regular Dynamo Roller. Although it doesn't have the intimidating golden highlights of its Gold sibling, it is just as much of a beast. The Sprinkler helped me ink turf in Turf War and the Echolocator kept me aware of my surroundings.

I decided to level-up my Splatfest Tee. I chose the sandcastle side, so I tried to come up with a summery theme with Fake Contacts and Traditional Sandals. The socks on the Traditional Sandals reminded me of hearing people who dislike seeing socks worn with sandals.

The trees in Urchin Underpass were an annoying hindrance to my fling-attacks, and a good player could zone me out of the middle of Arowana Mall, but when we did have the middle, I was able to keep it.

Inkopolis News-time changed the maps to the classic Walleye Warehouse and Saltspray Rig. I was only able to play 3 matches in those maps before I retired for the day. I couldn't fully explore the capabilities of the Dynamo Roller in the small Walleye Warehouse.
