【比較遠】我們學過 farther 和 further，它們差在哪？

其實差在「實際的距離」和「抽象的心理距離」。
英文裡面有很多關於「尺度」的形容詞，都有類似容易誤會之處：

1. 遠 further vs. farther
2. 高 high vs. tall
3. 病 sick vs. ill
4. 酸/痠 sour vs. sore
