町田の人気家系ラーメン店、再訪！東京都町田市、JR横浜線古淵駅から徒歩約10分少々の『奥津家』にお邪魔しました。奥津家では以前伺った際には調理の場面も撮らせて頂きました。奥津家のご主人は横浜の人気家系ラーメン店「寿々㐂家」で修行されたそうで、その確かな職人技や修行で培われた見事な技術には一見の価値があります。丁寧に作られた1杯には上品さも感じられ、頂くのが楽しみです。それでは、動画スタートです！

Machida's popular Iekei ramen shop revisited! About 10 minutes on foot from Kobuchi Station on the JR Yokohama Line in Machida City, Tokyo, I visited the "Okutsu-ya". When I visited the Okutsu-ya before, I also took a picture of cooking. The owner of the Okutsu-ya is said to have been trained at the popular iekei ramen shop "Suzukiya" in Yokohama, and the excellent craftsmanship and skill cultivated through the training is worth a visit. I am looking forward to receiving the carefully made cup, which also feels elegant. Let's start the video!
