前陣子非常迷戀一支香水形象廣告，看見自己喜歡的一位藝術家，在裡頭描述著關於她身上的刺青，在自己國家（韓國）的保守風氣下帶來的影響；她說：他們覺得有刺青是 ok 啦，但也許會認為妳是什麼特種行業、亦或是人生不太可能順遂。 / 「I left my country to be myself, listen to nobody except yourself.」 在影片最後她的這兩句話，讓我非常渴望分享給每個人。 我從 19 歲開始刺青，同樣在自己國家被貼上的標籤不盡其數：「叛逆」、「黑道」、「生活糜爛」、「遊手好閒」、「不得體」⋯等等，雖然它花了我很長一段時間，去努力表達自己最真實的樣貌讓大家明白，但我從來沒有後悔過刺青，而現在也真的也有了更多人相信，刺青不再只是負面的樣貌，它也可以是充滿愛、擁有良善、以及只是一個人的獨特風格而已。 不論是外表或是想法，我們想成就的樣貌本就該與眾不同並引以為傲，除了妳自己，沒有人可以規定妳該有的模樣。 你們也有被貼上的標籤嗎？ #CelebrateYou #慶祝每個妳 A while ago, I was very obsessed with a perfume commercial. I saw @melovemealot a Korean artist who I adored describing the influence of having tattoos in the conservative atmosphere in Korea. She said that “To have tattoos is fine, but it’s very often that people think that you’re some sort of whore(😂), or assuming that you’re not gonna live your life very well.” "I left my country to be myself, Listen to nobody except yourself." These words were told by the artist at the end of the commercial, which made me feel like a must to share with you guys. I have been having tattoos since the age of 19. Ever since then, there were lots of labels coming from my everyday life, such as "Rebellious", "Gangster-like", "Dissipated", "Unemployed", "Inappropriate", and etc., Although it took me quite a long time to express and present the “real me” to everyone, I’ve never regretted having tattoos. Now, more and more people who believe that having tattoos is not a negative image, contrarily, beneath the tattoos, there could be full of Love, Compassion, and Uniqueness. When it comes to appearances or thoughts, differentiation should be what people are looking for and being proud of. There is no one who can direct what you should be like, except for yourself. So, do you have any labels that are given by others?

We love essential oils! My favourites are lemongrass, eucalyptus, frankincense and myrr 😊 . We feed chickens and pigs essential oils too! But it can be toxic to our cats because cats lack an essential enzyme in their liver to metabolize the essential oils. Therefore, the higher the concentration the greater the risk to our feline friends. Contrarily, don’t we all love pure and high concentration essential oils? . I personally love Doterra and Dr Monty’s oils. We place our burning diffuser in a covered candle holder from Ikea to prevent Vampy going near and potentially lick the essential oils. We also place our droplet dispersed diffusers at a place which is unreachable by Vampy. . Remember, meows and essential oils do not mix 🐱 Which is your favourite oils? . . Long weekend, I am sure most people choose to go to the beaches or any other outdoor places as the weather is nice. I decided to try to take both my older one and 3 months old baby out. Starting from the easiest place, we went to @elementshk as we used to have play dates here all the time. . . This is my first attempt to breastfeed publicly. I was an exclusive pumper with my first kid so this is the whole new experience for me. People always tell me breastfeeding is so much easier than bottle feeding outside as you only need a nursing cover. That's all. Contrarily, I found it quite opposite🤦🏻‍♀️. I was lacking of confidence as a first timer. My baby probably doesn't like to get fed underneath the cover either. It turned out I had to stay quite a long time in the nursing room while my hubby and Ishan were having lunch in the restaurant. Spent only 5 mins to finish my lunch😅.I guess practice will make better💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻. . . Thankfully the nursing room in @elementshk is awesome. It has everything a mother needs. From nappies, fresh changing mats, wet wipes...and even Mozart music while nursing.
