    ~關於侍酒師比賽~

    從侍酒服務、盲飲、盲飲連連看、時事考題、看圖猜猜看,到不可能的任務。(真的是不可能的任務,因為四分鐘要調三杯調酒,還要扣掉一分鐘來打招呼跟詢問考官喝什麼!)

    考驗的不只是經驗與知識,更重要的是臨場反應與抗壓性。當然不得不說,還有就是運氣與造化。

    就像最後一道時事題,問的是最近發生了什麼St-Emilion classification twist? 這個Twist乍聽之下還真不知道要問的是什麼,難道是麻花捲?或是搖擺舞?應該都不可能吧!

    其實簡單的說,指的就是有什麼樣的轉折或改變。答案就是前陣子波爾多的大新聞,Châteaux Cheval Blanc and Ausone said they are withdrawing from the St-Emilion classification。這就答案!

    幾位選手聽到問題就放棄了,也有選手可能不知道問什麼,就從St-Emilion的歷史講起,一路講到最近發生的事(Bingo),話一講完,結束鐘聲剛好響起,就是這麼戲劇化!

    別小看這一題,這可是致命性的一擊,就像主考官說的,對這一題可是比調兩杯調酒分數還要多呢!

    這可告訴我們,嘗試一定會比放棄有機會!(一樣可以用在買彩卷上。)

    Anyway 每位侍酒師真的都是好棒棒,值得為他們掌聲鼓勵鼓勵!
