    The government is introducing a concept of a “vaccine bubble” whereby premises where all their staff members and patrons are vaccinated can enjoy an easing of operation restrictions in terms of extended dine-in hours and a maximum number of people per table. It is believed that some restaurant employers will want all employees to be vaccinated. It should be noted that chronically ill patients are not suitable for vaccination, and some “unscrupulous employers” may terminate the employee for this reason, which may be a violation of the Disability Discrimination Ordinance. It is important for employers to be tolerant and understanding, as well as to consider the different circumstances of their employees.

    A blessed #RamadanKareem to everyone!

    While we observe abstinence during the day, may the thoughts of children suffering from lifelong illnesses be with us.
    And as we have our iftar, may we remember the physical and mental challenges faced by families with children who are chronically ill.

    We are blessed and so let’s share these blessings with the less fortunate and vulnerable in the community.

    ⏰輪班工作者,日夜顛倒、作息容易混亂,減肥是不是就比別人困難?

    這次整理了很多研究文獻,發現一個很大的重點分享給大家⬇️
    習慣白天運動(🏃🏽‍♀️跑步)可幫助日夜顛倒的適應力,但晚上運動則無此效果。
    因為白天曬到陽光,所產生的褪黑激素及運動,都會讓視神經交叉核(作息調整中心)發生變化。

    👨🏻‍⚕️也就是說,雖然輪班工作,可能日夜顛倒、社交活動也減少,但還是建議維持原本的作息狀況,
    例如:大夜班下班後(白天),去吃飯、去運動、休息,接著睡覺,跟平常五六點下班的作息順序一樣。
    維持在白天有進食🍽有活動,
    對於作息的適應力、大腦認知力、體重控制和精神的調整,都會比較好💯

    hi y’all!

    so if you noticed that my voice sounds weird or I speak funny, that’s because i have been chronically coughing my lungs out this past week :S in this video i was trying so hard to keep my shizz together lol

    but here is a video of a (possible) holy grail for y’all lovelies!! i don’t see much Hong Kong youtubers talk about the collection so i thought i might be the one to speak the msg!! i’m sure those of you in the US have heard of this collection already, Hong Kong is pretty late to the game (as usual…) BUT HERE IT IS!
